* Weekly : $850.00 (Sept through Dec) - $1150,00 (April, Jun, Jul)
* Summer Montlhly : (April, Jun, Jul) Montly : $3200
* Winter (Jan- March) Montly : 1 month - $2250.00 - 2 months, $2150.00 per month - 3 months and more, $2050.00 per month
* Additional nights: $175,00 per night if available
* Minimum stay : 4 nights
* Deals can be made in off-season!
* Winter (Jan - March): Rental is MONTHLY based.
* Summer (June-Aug): Rental is WEEKLY based, from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be arranged when scheduling permits. However, in high season, this may not be possible.
* Sale & Resort taxes : 12.5%
* Cleaning fee: $85.00
* Adminstration fee: $25.00
* Payment must be made on arrivval for all reserved rental time. This includes taxes,administration fee and cleaning fees.
* 25% of base rent is due 90 days prior to arrival. If booking is close to arrival, 100% of rental is due prior to arrival.
* A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required upon reservation and is Not applied to Rental Fees. The Security/Damage Deposit is Returned within 30 Days after Your Departure Date and Condo Inspection.
* All payments must be made in cash, by travelers checks or money orders in US funds only. NO personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.
* Cancellations: Your security deposit will be returned to you (less a 50$ administration fee) if we are notified in writing 45 days prior to your arrival date. If you notify us less than 45 days, you will loose your deposit.
