Incredible views with a great, somewhat private beach.

Breathtaking View of Ocean
stunning if were taken better care of.
The leak in the refrigerator that you brought to our attention was caused by a defective icemaker that was leaking into the unit itself, and we decided that replacing the refrigerator was the best solution based on the issues that this caused.
AS for the damage to the carpet caused by a guests dog, we have had a repair done, however we will most likely be replacing the two rooms that have been repaired.
It is helpfull to have both positive and negative feedback as we sometimes are not aware of damages caused by rental guests till we are at the property, even though we use a management company to do the cleaning and maintanance, we are not in the unit sometimes for 4 to 6 weeks, and some renters do considerable damage and appliances do have issues.
I am always available by cell or email to point out there is an issue, and we do resolve things timely as we get this is your vacation and you will want your week to go well.
I understand that there were some broken umbrellas and old beach chairs left on the lower deck by some guests, and the management company was not sure if they should throw them out, or if they belonged to the current guest. They are now gone.
The HVAC system was serviced and the filters were changed during this guest stay as well so I am sure that all of these items did make for a less than perfect stay.
The unit is rented over 24 weeeks a year, and we hope everyone has a terrific stay.
We appreciate having good rentals that produce repeat renters and strongly encourage feedback to allow us to solve problems so future guests also have a good experience.

Activity and Interests
In addition to the great community entertainment available, you are close to great restaurants, the mall, and other fun shops. It is also a short commute to the docks for deep sea fishing charters and the fishing pier.
There is also a nice jogging and biking trail that goes right by the front door.

We have terrific deals on any available weeks or weekends in the shoulder seasons.
The house rents Saturday to Saturday in the prime season. We are flexible during the offseason and can accomadate long weekends based on availability.
We do charge a pet fee of $100 if we agree you can bring your pet. We ask that you send a picture in advance for approval.
