Location, location. This charming, renovated 1930's bungalow offers one of the best locations in the historic heart of Niagara on the Lake. 1 block from Queens Royal Park on Lake Ontario and 1 block from the many stores and restaurants on Queen Street.
This bright, spacious bungalow offers three newly bedrooms and one full bathroom. The cottage has a modern, fully equipped open concept kitchen with adjoining dining room. The living room, with its large comfy couch and wood-burning fireplace make it an ideal place to relax. The bathroom has been newly remodeled. A wide porch on the front is an ideal place to watch the horse carriages passing on the street while enjoying a glass of wine from one of the many nearby wineries. There is also a stone courtyard with table and chairs for secluded outdoor dining. It is pet friendly (dogs only please) with a fully enclosed yard.
A private outdoor eating area equipped with a BBQ. The newly renovated home is just a short walk to all 3 Shaw Theaters and 10 restaurants..
We live locally and like to check in all our guests to answer any questions about the house or the town. We feel this personal touch is very important. Most cottages in town are owned by absentee landlords and they cannot respond as quickly to any problems that might arise.
“This home is well built, comfortable and right in the heart of the historic area. Many guests never use their car after they arrive because so much (even golf) is within walking distance.”
