Our guests have been highly complementry of this property. You'll enjoy this well-kept Safford model decorated with neutral tones of tile, carpet and leather, a spacious yard and generous living space that is quietly situated in the newer section of Sun City West (SCW). Stay comfortably with a king bed in the master and queen bed in the guest room, and both bedrooms have walk-in closets and remote controlled televisions. Enjoy the coziness of a South facing enclosed sun room and an outdoor covered patio complete with SS grill. View satellite TV or DVD's conveniently from the twin recliners in the "Arizona" room adjacent to the kitchen, or from bed in the bedrooms. You'll appreciate the desk in the greatroom and whole-house wifi connectivity. The kitchen had new appliances and lighting installed in 2013, and is very well equipped for cooking and light entertaining. Let's not forget the roominess of the two car garage and the added benefits of a spacious inside laundry. The master bathroom features the added convenience and privacy of a separate water closet--and the home is complete with ample towels, linens and the basic necessities.

Activity and Interests

SCW if truly a unique and special place. Althought it will be easy to just relax, this is an active community and you'll have access to reasonably priced golf at 4 championship and 3 executive community golf courses, AND tenants are eligible to purchase daily or monthly recreation and swimming center passes. The club houses for three of the golf courses are very nearby. The activities and entertainment available within and nearby the community are far too numerous to mention, but can be explored at the Sun City West web site (.org). With MLB Spring baseball abundant in the metro-Phoenix area, you'll find some of the pro-sports complexes near our community. Further, the University of Phoenix Stadium (home field for the Phoenix Cardinals) is not far away and easily accessible from the Loop 101. So what are you waiting for?   • Winter Season: January, February and March 2014 $2400/mo. with no weekly rate available.
    Near Winter Season: November and December, 2013 $1500/mo. or $800/week, except Dec. 25-Dec. 31, 2013 which is $1200/week; April, 2014 $1700.00/mo. or $800/week.
    Summer through early Fall: May through October, 2014 $900/mo. with no weekly rate available.
    All rates include utilities, trash removal, water and sewer, except the Off-Peak period (May through October) which excludes electricity which will be paid by tenant.
    There is a refundable $500 damage and replacement deposit, returnable after the conditions of the rental agreement are met. Rates are subject to an appropriately signed and executed lease/rental agreement, and are subject to change without notice. There is a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee due at the end of the rental term regardless of the length of stay.
    A 50% reservation deposit is required and may not be refunded if cancelation is made later than 30 days prior to arrival.
    Please note: Recreational and activity fees of any kind are not included in the rental fees, but are available for purchase at reasonable rates (approx. $60/person/month) from the recreation centers of Sun City West office.
    No sub-renting or sub-leasing is allowed.

  • Grand Ave. (Hwy60) and the SCW hub are nearby, with ample shopping, restaurants and services, and the community is complete with the Banner Del Webb Hospital, multiple medical facilities and most denominations of churches. The Loop 303 with easy access to metro-Phoenix is nearby. No fences between individual properties provide for an open spacious feel and allows the desert landscaping to seamlessly blend together. If you need privacy, the home is complete with plantation shutters throughout, but they easily swing out of the way to let in the warmth and light of Arizona's winter sun. In addition to traditional livingroom seating, the Greatroom is complete with a computer desk and office chair. Further, a folding table and chairs are stowed nearby. Grapefruit, lemons and tangeloes are available in the yard when in season. Please note: this is an adult community, and at least one occupant is required to be 55 years of age or older. The home has a fairly new gas forced air heating and refrigerated air system. The kitchen is complete with reverse osmosis drinking water and ice, and has a all new stainless steel appliances and upgraded lighting and fans. Utilities are included, except that tenant will pay for electricity during the months of May through September. Further, please note: this is a non-smoking home and is not available for pets. Please note: This 2-bedroom home is intended for 1 to 3 occupants, but is comfortable for up to 4 with two in the guest bedroom for short periods.
