Heritage Pointe is a gated community situated on nearly 40 polished acres, with each condo overlooking a magnificent 8 acre lake. All surrounded by a ¾ mile lighted walking trail, and complete with a clubhouse, Olympic size pool and hot tub.
Walking into this large, spacious, second floor condo you’ll note the owners’ flair for decorating. Leather furnishings in the living room, accompanied by a beautiful glass top table in the dining area, add to the warmth and luxury of this condo.
Three bedrooms provide sleeping accommodations for 6 people. The master has a king bed, in room TV, and full private ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom a day/trundle bed that can be set up as two twin beds or one king bed.
Enjoy sitting on your private screened in lanai, overlooking the lake and walking trail, and taking in the beautiful, peaceful scenery.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need for your stay and for preparing meals. Best of all there is your own private in-condo washer and dryer. For those with allergies, this condo has been designed both smoke free and pet free.
Heritage Pointe has a beautiful in-ground heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, BBQ grilling area, computer lab with high speed internet access and free wireless access, billiards room, along with a large lake and greenery surrounding the property. Located at the corner of Summerlin and Pine Ridge Road, it’s centrally located close to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Beaches. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the condo as are two full service grocery stores, a CVS and a Walgreens.

Hundreds of restaurants surround the condo just a short drive away. It’s close to the Cape Coral Bridge, Edison College, Starbucks, medical centers, and several grocery stores. Just a few minutes drive to the Twin and Red Sox spring training grounds. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva islands and downtown Fort Myers River district are all just a short 5-15 drive away. Just 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport or I-75. If outdoor activities are your interest, Fort Myers is the Golf Capital of the world with over 100 local courses. The location of this condo keeps you centrally located close to everything including Lakes Regional Park, and the superb fishing that the Gulf of Mexico is famous for. A holiday would not be complete without visiting the Tanger and Miramar Outlets, or the amazing Coconut Point Mall featuring over 100 stores and 25+ restaurants and eateries.

To the above rates, add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $75 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, a $140 departure cleaning fee and an 11% Florida sales tax. All utilities are included.
