The headquarters for SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL is right next door at the Park City Marriott.

The owner is a retired Wisconsin Fire Chief and current professional ski instructor in Park City. Prior to purchasing a vacation home in the area this year, his condo served as his home away from home during the ski season. With demand for our units high and very positive reviews, we now rent them throughout the year.

The unit earned a 'gold' rating when it was listed by a property management company, and has modern appliances with ice-maker, a 32 inch flat screen TV with Comcast cable, and PREMIUM QUALITY LACROSSE QUEEN, EXTRA LONG SOFA BED WITH 7' MATTRESS! The KING BED is high-quality. A programmable electronic touch-pad door lock provides security and convenience, allowing you to go directly to your unit and enter using your unique code-no check-in required.

A large, newly-renovated shared hot tub on the first floor is the perfect place to soothe muscles and share ski stories after a spectacular day in Utah's legendary snow, or after exploring the wonderful summer environment. The large outdoor pool is heated to 88 degrees during winter.

Ski boots can be worn to the mountain, as the FREE TRANSIT BUS picks you up a quarter block away and drops you off very close to the lifts at Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, each about a 10-minute ride, and at the people-moving gondola at Canyons Resort. A boot dryer is supplied in the unit, as are a humidifier, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The bus system is outstanding, with three different lines having stops, including an express route to downtown. Once you get to Carriage House from the airport via a shuttle van, a rental car is an unnecessary expense. We are able to book the shuttle for you using our bulk ticket purchase account. At $33.30 per person each way, this is the best deal we know of.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo for a spring break retreat. It was very clean, everything was as promised, and the location was central to everything. The renter was very considerate and conscientious to make sure everything was in great working order for us! I would highly recommend this place!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The unit was clean and well maintained. Perfect size for my wife and I. Location was great. Easy parking. Minutes to skiing at PC, Deer Valley and Canyons. 5 minute drive to downtown Park City. Walking distance to several restaurants. More laid back and less congested than downtown Park City. Owners were very professional and took excellent care of us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Chuck was very personable and responsive. This made our stay pleasant and easy. This cozy and clean unit was the perfect size for a couple. The location was perfect and centrally located (approx. 5 minutes from Main Street, 5 minutes from Park City Resort Mountain, and 20 minutes from Deer Valley). Most importantly, it was close to the airport (approx. 30 minutes). We will definitely stay here again!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is clean, well appointed, updated, convenient location to downtown and Deer Valley where we skied. This is a perfect place for a couple. We appreciated the nice touches of wine on our arrival and logs for the fireplace. The owner is exceptional to work with and the place is a great value for price. We would highly recommend and stay here again.

We originally purchased one unit at Carriage House when I began working as a part-time ski instructor at Park City Mountain Resort in 2008. We were impressed with the convenient location of Carriage House and the quality of the amenities, including the year-round outdoor pool and the spacious indoor hot tub.

From the Owner

Carriage House is in the Prospector Square neighborhood of Park City, which is considered the most convenient location in town. It is near many affordable restaurants, both grocery stores, and many shops. The free Park City Transit System buses stop right alongside our building, making it very easy to move about Park City without the expense of a car. The Old Rail Trail passes by right across the street, giving access to biking, hiking, and snowshoeing on this 30-mile recreation trail. Downtown and Main Street are a mile away, and you can see the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort from our parking lot. Access to Deer Valley and Canyons Resort is excellent via car or transit bus.
