We are a local family and offer our beach house to people who are interested in coming to Pass-a-Grille for a vacation. We are not a hotel and enjoy sharing our place to people who will love the area like we do! I teach psychology at a local college, work as a mediator and teach Psychology at a local college. I also am a mom, run a small retail store in downtown St Petersburg and I help to care for my mother-in-law full-time as she lives with us so I do stay very busy. However, I take pride in decorating and trying to make the house perfect for you. I know how important a vacation is and really do my best to make sure you can have a great time! I have hand selected (with my daughters help in many cases) all of the items in the house and hope you enjoy the tasteful decorating and smooth layout!
This is an amazing apartment at Pass A Grille, everything is very clean and new, the beach is beautiful with great sunsets and shelling. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance! My sister and I shared it but it would also be a romantic get away for a couple. Lisa took care of our every need!

Rates above are for the 1 bedroom rentals that sleep 4. I have some that are a little less $100 a night that sleep 2. The 2 bedroom houses run $100 per night more and about $1200 a week. I prefer weekly rentals. Shorter stays are allowed however it has to be closer to the dates you are looking. I prefer a Saturday or Sunday arrival OR departure. Thank you!
“Breakfast nooks. like the Seahorse Restaurant, are enticing and quaint and only blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, one of the smallest shopping streets in the US, and are made for strolling along. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential and very quiet beach. It is perfect for a life made for walking, rollerblading, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolly can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the Sea Spray, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Enjoy the local craftsman shop, Nancy Markoe Gallery, for local pottery or jewelry to take home. Above all enjoy the sunset and the sunrise as on a peninsula water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.”
