Location - unbeatable:
You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 4-5 blocks and Canyon Road is 6 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (4 minute drive). The "waves" is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments. Other convenient amenities are the neighborhood tennis courts and swimming pool (4-5 blocks) and a great sunset viewing park (3 blocks).
We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks!!! Sandra & Justin
On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate the Sunset House and its owners a 6, possible 7!!! The house is lovely with every amenity anyone would want. It is an easy walk to downtown Santa Fe. Our group of 7 ladies loved the Southwestern decor, cleanness, spaciousness and comfort of the house. It was a perfect place for us to rest and regroup after a day of shopping or sightseeing. As others have mentioned, we especially loved the patio. Sandra was a pleasure to worked with in the reservation process. She promptly answered every email I sent and seemed eager to make this trip special for our group. She was just as delightful when we met her and Justin in person. I have stayed in several VRBO properties and have never had the owners both greet you on arrival, spend time orientating you to the area, and then stop by to say good-bye. I would definitely recommend the Sunset House for anyone's trip to Santa Fe.
