Adorable Downtown Cottage

Perfectly located and perfectly cozy

  • 5 of 5
I stayed two nights in early March. The cottage is perfectly located--only a short two block walk to The Courthouse and The Row.

The cottage is thoughtfully appointed and I needed for nothing during my stay. I LOVE the coffee station in the kitchen! The bed was super comfortable, and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet! I enjoyed mornings on the porch swing too.

I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean

  • 5 of 5
We stayed in the cottage over the long weekend. The cottage has everything you need to stay comfortably, plenty of dishes, blankets, towels and a hair dryer; the owner even supplied the soap! And, Karen, special thank you for leaving the tea bags. We arrived really late at night and having a cup of tea after the long drive was just perfect. The pictures with this post show the place exactly like it is, cozy and clean. The parking spot is right outside the door. The swing and chairs outside were perfect for relaxing outside after a day of walking. The Whiskey Road is less than 5 min walk. I would recommend this place for anyone and we would definitely stay again. On top of great property, the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. She made sure our stay was completely satisfying.

Great place/Great location

Just spent 10 days at this little cottage. It was stocked with everything one needs and very clean and appealing. Karen is super easy to work with and will answer any concerns/questions very quickly. We hope to return this next summer if possible. By the way, it is in easy walking distance to the town square and restaurants- just a great location!

We stayed here for two weeks and had a great vacation. Close to downtown but still quiet and private. It was well equipped and clean. We enjoy hiking and Prescott and the surrounding areas have spectacular trails. Looking forward to our next visit. We hope to stay in this cottage again.

We found this cottage on the internet. We were very pleased when we arrived and saw the place. It is adorable and we would stay there again. The place is very clean and has all that is needed for a wonderful stay in Prescott. The location is fantastic as it is only 2 blocks from the square and Whiskey Row. We felt very safe and secure in walking at night to and from the cottage. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone that might be interested in staying in Prescott. We are definitely going to stay again.

The cottage was wonderful, comfortable, convenient and just everything as described in your description. It was v try clean and easy to keep clean and tidy. It is located one an d one-half blocks from downtown, and a shot walk to excellent restaurants and all the shops located in the town square around the courthouse. I would recommend the cottage to anyone and i can tell you it is ten times better than a hotel or motel!

Activity and Interests

Prescott is surrounded by National Forest with several great lakes, and many parks and hiking trails. It is a historic town with lots of old west history - old bars and restaurants, Victorian Homes and charm galore. Many fun events happen throughout the year, including arts and crafts fairs, the world's oldest rodeo (4th of July week), Christmas celebrations, and much more. We are also a short drive (about 2 hours) to the Grand Canyon, 1 1/2 hours to Sedona, 45 minutes to Jerome.
