Extraordinarily charismatic, romantic, sunny and airy Mediterranean-style 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of the westside beach area (MSanta Monica/Marina del Rey) sleeps 2-6 guests and is just a short walk to the beach. This is the ideal and utterly charming vacation getaway for a couple, family or business group. Located on beautiful Howard Street, we affectionately call it "Howard's End."
Our sunny casita welcomes you on a beautiful and quiet residential street just blocks from the Marina. Unrestricted parking. Open living room and dining area with skylights and hardwood floors. The spotless and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, perfect for preparing fresh organic produce from one of the many local farmer’s markets in the area. Enjoy breakfast on our front balconette, and lunch or dinner al fresco on our backyard terrace where 8 can comfortably gather around the table.
The two main bedrooms feature queen-size beds looking out into the backyard gardens, with the master bedroom’s French doors opening up onto a lovely Mediterranean patio that leads to our backyard terrace. The third bedroom, which also may be used as a den and has a woirking desk, features a new trundle bed with two twin mattresses, perfect for children or adults. There are two full bathrooms adjacent to the two main bedrooms. The living room features a new queen-size sleeper sofa, which sleeps two.
Howard's End also includes complementary phone, high-speed broadband internet and Wi-Fi, and widescreen HD premium cable TV.
We’re just a short stroll to the surf and sands of Venice beach where you can bike, swim, skateboard, explore, shop and dine casually or elegantly, and the famous Venice Pier and the Venice Canals are just a 7-minute walk down the street. Just three blocks away is the exceptional Abbott Kinney Blvd. known for its charming boutiques, antique stores, fine restaurants and shopping. There are literally dozens of fine restaurants, cafes and coffee shops in our very walkable – a gastronome’s delight!

Lovely bright house, good situation
Owner extremely attentive, house very well stocked with soap, washing powder etc etc. Easy to park in quiet residential street. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Not far from Venice canals and beach. Plenty of shopping nearby.
