Great stay!!!

  • 5 of 5
Beautiful large house in a very quiet setting, with nice views of the mountains all around. Very clean!! Unfortunately, we had to curtail our stay and return to Hawaii because of the storm damage caused by the hurricane, now the lava is coming our way, but we will be back next year for a long stay!! (if the road isn't covered with lava...)

Extended Family Gathering

  • 5 of 5
The house worked very well for us in many ways. We had an extended family gathering were we needed conduct business over several days and have a place to relax. The two large common areas were both very nice and with the good weather, we made use of the deck. The park just a block away came in very handy also.

SUPER!

  • 5 of 5
From the moment we stepped in the door it felt like going home, like we had stepped back into the 70's - from the light fixtures to the Pioneer stereo with turn table and album collection to the art and decor. We spent 10 days relaxing in West Salem, enjoying the expansive and secluded grounds, and entertaining friends and family from around the area (Salem, Portland, Beaverton, Lincoln City) with BBQs and big dinners on the back deck that felt like everyone coming back to the family home. We loved our stay and would definitely come again and recommend it to others.

Incredible Wedding Weekend!

  • 5 of 5
We have not stopped talking about our wonderful weekend in Salem. Our son was getting married and the wedding and reception were in Salem. I wanted a place to stay with my parents and my two other adult children. A place were we could connect and relax. The house was perfect for us. The house is actually much more beautiful than the pictures even portray. The yard is spectacular and the deck made for several wonderful outdoor dinners. Walking in the neighborhood was also a treat. The views are beautiful. The only thing I wish we had was a non-stick pan, but other than that it was perfect.

Great Stay

  • 5 of 5
We had a family group of 10 stay for three nights to attend a local graduation. Wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the house. The home and surrounding views are so beautiful and relaxing. Home very well maintained and plenty of space. We would stay again!

Sprawling Mansion!

  • 5 of 5
All of us gals had a great time. It was nice we were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. We made great use of the property inside and out, cooking in the kitchen, eating at the dinning room table, to sitting on the deck, playing ping pong and sunbathing on the well groomed lawn.
