Located 26 miles southwest of Phoenix, Sun Lakes has amenities that include a par 72 championship golf course and a par 62 executive course, access to two other golf courses within the Sun Lakes area, seven tennis courts, pickle-ball and two indoor racquetball courts, picnic area, and walking paths around the stoked lakes..

The fully equipped fitness center has separate male and female facilities open twenty-four hours daily. Two adult community swimming pools, a children’s swimming pool and medical lap pool that are heated year-round, plus clubhouse hot-tubs. A Pool Room with two full sized pool tables. Two card rooms are available.

Sun Lakes has a fine dining restaurant to experience wonderfully prepared fare and a spacious bar lounge area to meet friends, additionally there is a sports lounge and bar. In addition to the these venues access is provided to three additional country club restaurants and bars and all facilities have dancing to live music up to 4 – 5 times a week.

This home as well as most Sun Lakes facilities and restaurants are non smoking.

Excellent rental experience

My Mother and I stayed here with our 2 small dogs for Easter week 2012 . There are dog walking trails a block away with beautiful waterfalls and the backyard is fully fenced in. Our pets I’m sure were as unhappy as us when we had to leave. This is an immaculately clean rental and presents exactly as the pictures show. This home is located in a convenient subdivision close to major shopping and a great club house with daily activities. There are many lakes within walking distance that are stocked with large fish for catch and release fishing. However the best part was dealing with Ken and Lyla the landlords. They are super friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and local events. As an example the most amazing, sweet, juicy oranges and grapefruit were left for us by Lyla on various days during our stay. Pride of ownership is evident in this house and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Sun Lakes.

Owner's Response: Stephanie and her mother were a delight as renters in our Vacation Rental home here in Sun Lakes, Arizona. They were fun, courteous, lavish with praise and quick with a laugh.

Stephanie and her Mother were just one tenant of six past tenants who were so nice, friendly and amicable to deal with and this makes us very happy to have gone into this vacation rental home business.

All have made good use of our spas, exercise facilities, golf and tennis as well as the three on-site restaurants. All have expressed a desire to rent from us again provided the month and year are available.
