The marblesque master bath has a bidet. The unit is designed essentially as a captain's quarters with stainless steel fixtures throughout, brand new appliances and cherry kitchen cabinets, travertine floors and solid teak doors throughout. It even has an authentic English 19th century roll top desk, secretary and tea server. The unit faces directly west, so the sunsets are beautiful and have 'dead on' sunsets from both the master bedroom and living room suites. (Frankly, in the summer, the intensity of that sun as direct as it is can be oppressive so that is why there are good blinds there over both sets of patio doors, and upgraded central A/C. However, with the sliding doors to the patio open and the front door open and screen door shut, the breezes, (even in the summer) are enjoyable. The balcony is covered so that it can be enjoyed in all weather. The direct sun is there from just about a little after noon on until it sinks slowly over the pool, palm trees, your private beach, with a full, central, unimpeded view of the sunset over the lagoon, the Gulf and beyond. This will be one of the best sunset you'll ever view and it is right from the unit's own balcony. The east side faces and overlooks our private boat slips and tennis courts and the entry is located behind a long shaded overhang so that the east entry is well shaded and cool and catches the morning breeze from the east.

downtown New Port Richey, Florida Aquarium, the famous Greek Sponge
Docks, Mermaid shows, and then of course there is the Tampa Bay
Bucs, Devel Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning!!
- Monthly Rate: $1500 - $2500
This unit has a minimum of a one month rental
January, February, March and April: $2500 per month, plus tax and $125 cleaning fee.
May through December: $1500 per month, plus tax and $125 cleaning fee.
*Cap of $60 per month for electric
Deposits: $500 deposit for the months of January, February, March and April.
$200 deposit for the months of May through December.
Deposit is applied towards balance due. All monies are due by day of check in.
Cancellations: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded with 30 days for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
Check in time: 3:00 pm
Check out time is: 11:00am
A reservation form must be completed with deposit upon day of booking.
We do not collect a security deposit but rather a credit card is held on file. If any damages occur during your stay, the credit card on file will be charged for the damages. Should charges be denied, owner has the right to seek legal action.

Washer and dryer is in this unit, has a heated pool, elevators, private beach and custom made sunsets daily! Internet is also available for a minimal charge. King size bed in the mater bedroom, full in the guest. Flat screen tv's. Jacuuzi tubs in both bathrooms, even a bidet in the master bathroom
