We are now accepting reservations for our Beautiful 2BR/2BA Bay-front Condo on Siesta Key. It is available for September-November of 2014 as well as from January 1-May 2014 & 2015. This large & spacious (1300 sq ft) unit is located on the Southern or "quiet-end" of the Key, away from the tourist swell, in the lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained Island Reef Complex. Our Vacation Condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished and was recently remodeled. You will find a complete Master Bedroom Suite with King bed, large walk-in closet spaces and private Bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has (2)Two twin beds. The Dining room table can accomodate up to 8 Adults. A 50” Plasma Color Television w/Remote is located in the Living Room. Cable TV programming is provided. A Blu-ray player is also available in the Living Room. Cordless telephones are located in the Kitchen and master bedroom. The Condo has its own Washer & Dryer, Iron and board, etc.. Unit is fully furnished with all Appliances, Cookware, Dishware, Flatware, Glassware, Utensils, Towels, Linens etc.. . There are no disappointments here. This is a First-floor unit with a Private Exterior entrance, as well as a private Lanai with rear- door access. There are no stairs or elevators to fool with and the Glass/Screened Lanai is just steps from the Bay-side Heated Swimming Pool, BBQ area and Boardwalk to the Bay and boat dock. A private beach for Island reef is located directly across the street on the Gulf side. Of course the number one beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach is only minutes away. The Condo also has Assigned and Covered Parking with generous parking available for your Guests. Wi-fi is also included. Absolutely No Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed for an additional charge. There is a minimum one-month rental interval, as required by the Island Reef Owners Assn. This is designed to preserve the casual and "laid-back" residential atmosphere of our community and eliminate the "noise & chaos" often associated with "Condo/Motels" and other daily/weekly short-term rental alternatives nearer the public beach & Siesta Village. Normally, we reserve our unit for our own families' use and occasionally rent it to a select few during the "High-season" to help offset rising costs of Insurance, Maintenance fees and Real Estate taxes. Gulf-side units at Island Reef are offered thru the Assn for $4800-$5200/mos during the High-season months. Many Owners/Agents rent gulf-side units for $6,000/mos plus, during season. You can easily compare by viewing other ads for Upper-end Siesta Key Beachfront condos for rent and posted to this web-site. Deal directly with the Owners for the lowest possible rates.
