You are just one block north of the Wildwood Convention Center. This is the perfect location for all your convention center activities, all year round. Fox Park is just one block away and is home to many special events, concerts, markets, and shows. Best of all, you are one short block from the beach and boardwalk - close enough to be there in a flash, yet far enough so that you don't hear the noise or see the crowds. great place to stay

we booked this condo in sept 2012 and it was perfect. the unit was extremely clean and well cared for, very comfortable with all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. we barely used the car all week, the unit is just a block or so from the beach and "boards" as well as many other local favorites. the area seems very family-friendly and surprisingly quiet. we enjoyed our stay and have booked another week for sept 2013. can't wait !

1/2 of the rent is due now to hold and confirm a reservation. Personal checks, money orders, or Visa/MasterCard debit or credit are accepted.
The final balance is due one month prior to arrival. The customary $300.00 security deposit will be collected with final payments. This deposit is fully refundable after cleaning and key return.
There is a 5% agency booking fee in addition to rent.

Cancellation Policy:
Notification MORE THAN 90 days prior to check in date - all deposit monies shall be returned to the tenant, less a 15% cancellation fee.
Notification LESS THAN 90 days prior to check-in date - any refund is based on the amount of a re-rental at no loss to the owner, less the 15% cancellation fee. The more notice, the better the chances for a full recovery of the rent.
