Charming 1930's Spanish home located in a quaint and quiet Santa Barbara neighborhood, the Lower Riviera. Just one mile from the beach and one mile from downtown Santa Barbara, this home is centrally locacted. It is a great place to use as a base for your visit here - explore Santa Barbara, Los Angeles is just 90 minutes south and the amazing Santa Ynez wine region is just 45 minutes to the north. Santa Barbara has much to offer - from beaches to hiking, golf to concerts or just some old fashion sight seeing and shopping!
The home is warm and comfortable and fully stocked with everything you will need to make the most of your stay. The kitchen and dining areas are very cozy and just off the spacious living room. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a door that opens directly to one of the outside patios. A great place to enjoy a glass of wine and a sunset. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is spacious, quiet and has plenty of closet space! There is a sun room with a twin sized sleeper sofa for an extra guest.
Outside there are two great decks to enjoy the peaceful outdoors and a wonderful outside eating area that is perfect for evening meals...even with a large group. The back yard is private and quiet and has a BBQ to prepare some great meals. The front patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading the paper.

We will definitely be returning! Like a previous review, I hate to share this little place in paradise. Pretty soon, booking this beautiful bungalow is going to be pretty difficult. Sven, thank you for opening up your lovely home to us.

Sven is super nice and a pleasure to deal with. He was available to us to answer any questions, and we also got a lot of ideas/recommendations from the guest book in the home.
We would LOVE to stay here again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. I want to move here.

Jewel of a Home
We were able to have some special time with our daughter after UCSB graduation in addition to celebrating Fathers Day with a BBQ with extended family. What a great backyard for relaxation with complete privacy. Every comfort was provided from pillows, large table, plenty of chairs, BBQ and elegant lighting for a warm evening.
The interior of the home is like stepping into your own retreat. The most amazing couch the welcomes you in a large family room surrounded by huge windows providing beautiful views. The kitchen had every item at your fingertips from seasonings to beautiful serving dishes. The bathroom is spacious and sparkling clean. As for the bedrooms, the environment created is warm and welcoming with plenty of room to relax and lots of closet space.
Thank you for making your home so welcoming with all the comforts anyone could image and then some.
We hope to stay again in the future.

Even better, the home is in easy walking distance to all the attractions---wine tasting, great restaurants, the beach, and downtown.
