Kohala Coast. Often called the Gold Coast for its exclusivity and its beautiful weather, the Kohala Coast has evolved into the premier resort location on the big island and all of Hawaii. Birthplace of the great King Kamehameha, tales of the favored status of this stretch of the island are legend. The climate is an absolutely perfect 80 degrees year round with sun drenched days and continuous ocean breezes. There is no humidity and the coast only receives 9 inches of rain annually. Mountains and the ocean await you every turn.
Waikoloa Beach Resort. The property is located inside the Waikoloa Beach Resport, conveniently located only 18 miles from the Keahole Kona (KOA) international airport. Within the resort are two golf courses. The Kings course is links style designed by Tom Weiskopf. The Beach course designed by Robert Trent Jones offers some stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Multi-round discounts are also available.
Both the Kings and Queens Shopping Districts offer the best in world class shopping and dining as well as two stores to pick up any supplies you need for your stay.
Also located within Waikoloa and just across a fairway from our property is the world class Hilton Hotel with its well known Kohala Spa and Dolphin Quest -- an unforgettable experience where you and your family can swim with the dolphins. There are also six fabulous restaurants in the hotel.
Also within Waikoloa are interesting archeological sites and the white sand beaches of Anaeho'omalu Bay. All within walking distance or if you prefer, a short car ride where plenty of parking is available.

Hali'i Kai is the only true oceanfront complex in Waikoloa and offers the most spectacular views along the Kohala Coast.
Topping the list of amenities is the exclusive private Ocean Club. With an ocean front location sitting on a bluff of black volcanic rock, the Ocean Club features a multi-level, meandering resort style pool, sand bottom spa, lounge area, and a full service restaurant and bar professionally managed by an Executive Chef with fresh island cuisine that rivals any five star restaurant. Also with the Ocean Club is the Exercise Hale with various cardio equipment, free weights and integrated weight machine. The Exercise Hale sits right on the bluff overlooking the ocean in all directions. Watch for humpbacks whales or enjoy the sunset while you work out. The property also features a lush and beautifully landscaped Coconut Grove. This area comes complete with gas grills and picnic tables as well as hammocks to enjoy a relaxing morning or day with stunning views of Mauna Kea and swaying palm trees. There are also large grassy areas for playing or laying down on a blanket to read a good book (or a Kindle!).
To complete your active vacation, the property also has a full size tennis court and half size basketball court.
Our villa welcomes you with the serenity of a luxury retreat and a beautiful view from the lanai of the Coconut Grove, Kohala Mountains, Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea. This is a second/top floor end unit with plenty of light. The floor plan was selected by the developer to feature on their website at haliikai. com (Ho'oulu model). This is a very large two bedroom condo at 1460 SQFT.
This luxuriously furnished villa was professionally decorated by an interior designer on the island. An open gourmet kitchen features black-on-stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware. The living area has
