Stoney Creek Sunpath townhouse: Welcome to our Whistler main village home. Great location across the street from the village and the free ski shuttle to the lifts. Just a 3 minute walk to the inside of the village square and also to the large grocery store at Marketplace Centre. Our vacation home is equipped for guests who stay for just a few days or a full month with rates that are often competitive with many of Whistler's deluxe one bedroom condos. Parking in our Sunpath gated garage area is free. See our special low rates posted during fall and late spring.

DETAILS:

985 sq. feet deluxe home with private entrance. Light and bright. No dimly lit rooms. All one level. No stairs to climb; no bunkbed ladders to climb.

Perfect for 2-4 guests for total comfort. Reservations are for up to 4 guests, with also counting babies as part of your guest count.

LOCATION: Stoney Creek Sunpath Townhouse Complex

Sunpath is the smallest complex of the 3 Stoney Creek complexes located on Northlands Blvd., which is a main street across the street from the main Whistler Village. Not by any nightclubs. Large hot tub and a pool in the center of the complex, which are well maintained.

Walk everywhere. Two grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are a 2 - 3 minute walk. No businesses next to, above, or below our home.

Free Secure Underground Parking No daily $14-$24 parking fee.

Free shuttle buses outside our complex, if you don't want to walk and carry your skis/boards through the village to the lifts. During ski season, the buses run every 5 minutes.

Family owned & managed with dependable & outstanding guest service for those choosey and discriminating travelers who want a high quality & well maintained home. NO private management company handles our home or any of our reservations. Exceptional guest service.

During Whistler's very popular mountain biking season,* May - October *, bike storage and a bike washing station are located inside the secure area of Sunpath's garage. Many locked bike cages available. We ask our guests to use Sunpath's locked bike cages to store their bikes and not bring their mountain bikes inside our home. Secure daily bike storage also located at the Whistler Bike Park.

Free concierge service, which can provide answers many of our guests' questions and extra needs. Our professional dependable cleaner handles our condo and takes great care of our unit. He can be phoned for any special needs.

Comfortable beds with a new Tempur-Pedic queen mattress on one of the bedroom beds. New special lighting features with dimmer switches for mood lighting. Air conditioning provided June to early September. We continually update our home and have many amenities not normally found in vacation homes.

Age requirement of 26 for adults to rent our home.

No pets. No smoking.

Families with one or two children are welcome. Graco folding playpen for babies or toddlers to sleep in is available for our guests to use for their little ones.

Visa and Mastercard accepted with secure automated reservations. For our returning guests, their checks are accepted.

Comfort Without Compromise

Communication: Prior to booking all of our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly by the owner. The actual booking was seamless and professional.
Location: This condo is located in a park like setting. All the amenities we wanted were close and within walking distance. We parked our car in the secure underground parking area and didn't use it during our stay. I did notice a place to wash bikes and a place to store them.
Condo: The condo was very clean. Of all the VRBO rentals we have done over the years this one gets top marks for cleanliness. It was also quiet and it was comfortable. In the realm of comfort the attention to detail was unending. It became very evident that the owners want their guests to be, above all else, comfortable. Some examples are dimmer switches on the lights, extra blankets to curl up in, comfortable beds, different pillows in the cupboard just in cases we guests are having a "three little bears" moment. "Oh look, this one is just right". Everything had a place, and when we arrived, everything was in it's place.
The kitchen is well stocked. There was everything needed to prepare great meals. In addition to the regular spices, oils etc there were eggs, butter, cheese, yogurt just to mention a few items. This barely touches on the number of items available. There was also a wonderful supply of sweet and savory treats left by the owners for guests to simply enjoy.
Back to Communication: There was no guess work as to how things worked or which switch turns which light on. Everything was labelled. Instructions were available where needed. We were left with current contact information for things like repairs and cleaners etc. There were pictures available so we would be able to recognize these contacts if we needed to call them.
I do not generally write lengthy reviews like this one but I do feel this rental warrants it. Frankly I thing the VRBO bear should do a random visit and really get this condo on the map.
In addition I would like to thank the owners for the many ways they made this a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

You are the type of guests that normally might choose condos comparable to the Four Seasons rooms, yet took a chance on our condo with contacting me with what you would like to expect with your stay, before you reserved our condo there at our Stoney Creek Sunpath condo complex. You are the discriminating type of guests that I really enjoy having choose our home. You took such great care of it and when you checked out, you did leave the kitchen so very clean along with doing much more cleaning in our condo to help our cleaner come back there and get it ready for the next set of guests later that day. I appreciated finding out from you that our Bose Music System wasn't able to play CDs during your stay. Knowing what needs repairing and keeping everything in good repair is very important to me. Great Whistler Village Condo!

Our family (2 adults and 2 young children) were lucky to stay at this condo for 6 nights. It felt like a home away from home! We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was only a minutes walk from the Whistler pedestrian Village, whislt being very quiet at the same time. It was very comfortable and came complete with every type of appliance you would have in your own home. Paula our host was very generous in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again!

I LOVE this place!

Our high expectations for this condo were not only met, but exceeded. It is great!

The location is perfect, the amenities are abundant. Every aspect of the condo is comfortable and well-stocked. It was easy to relax and enjoy ourselves during our stay. We enjoyed our time spent in the condo and its location made it effortless to enjoy Whistler Village and the surrounding area.

Paula is thoughtful and very organized and it shows in how clean and well-pointed the condo is. We especially appreciated her communication with us to check that the air conditioning was working well during our stay. We came during a heat wave and the A/C was lovely!

While there are many superlatives that I can use to describe this rental, *well-stocked* is the most accurate one. From the toiletries in the bathrooms to the kitchen chock full of lots of food, dozens of condiments, and every appliance you could want to use, this place has everything you could hope for in a rental condo.

My Whistler Holiday

I have stayed in a lot of condos travelling but this one was above all expectations. The owner goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible by providing before you arrive anything in the way of food choices you may want. The condo is kept so clean & comfortable that you never wanted to leave it. I would recommend to anyone thinking of traveling to Whistler to try and rent this condo. My stay was as perfect as it gets.

Our stay at the Stoney Creek Sunpath condo was fantastic! There was such great attention to detail that we didn't have to worry about anything during our trip. The location of the condo is perfect. All of the restaurants and shops in Whistler Village are within a very short walk, making it very convenient. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner takes great care to provide everything you could possibly need for a great stay in Whistler. The central location of the condo made it easy to access all of the great outdoor activities that Whistler has to offer!
