Welcome to our new Gran Palma beside the Phantom Horse Golf Course fairway. This cozy villa boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room will make you feel at home with it's warm decor and complete entertainment center with cable TV, and WIFI. The kitchen includes Italian granite counter-tops, buffet bar, and every cooking amenity a chef would desire.

The backyard features a large private patio area, 3 hole putting green, gas BBQ grill, & chiminea fireplace. The second level features 2 bedrooms with plush beds & a cozy decor along with plenty of closet space.

We provide all our guests with five star comfort & amenities including a special VIP request service! Upon request, we will stock the Villa with food, beverages, and other items prior to your arrival for an additional cost.

You'll enjoy access to our 5 community pools & hot tubs, the Valley's premier Phantom Horse Golf Club, horseback riding on the South Mountain preserve, mountain biking the Desert Classic Trail & sampling some of the best southwestern cuisine in Phoenix.

Additionally, our Villa has easy freeway access to all the Spring Training Stadiums in the Phoenix Valley (call for more details), 15 minutes from Scottsdale shopping, and only 10 minutes from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

(Please note that although our community is surrounded by the Arizona Grand Resort & Phantom Horse Golf Course it's not associated with the resort).

Dissapointment

Initially, photos are accurate on this listing. Upon arrival and after we were acquainted with the manager/condo,
I wasn't nearly as pleased. Upstairs carpet bath mat was dirty and stained. Skylight was filthy. Not dust but dark dirt converting half of the skylight. Dirt was caked on the outside portion of the skylight. Master bed mattress sagged some in the middle. Armoire had TV cables but no TV. The large heater/air vent near the floor and at the top of the stairs was filthy. Windows were dirty. Living area leather couch is dark brown but you can see stains and is somewhat worn out. This small couch is the only comfortable sitting in the living area. Many of the utensils, glassware and dishes were not very clean. Maybe a dishwasher problem? Great washer/dryer in the kitchen. The kitchen is very attractive and updated. The microwave slid on the shelf every time the door was opened or closed. Odd but not a problem. Many cooking spices were available. Very nice dining table and kitchen counter with stools. Outdoors: Photos are accurate with the exception of the dirty sliding glass doors, filthy bbq grill and shelves attached. The area at the portable grill was just dirty. The patio table is fine unless the pottery centerpiece is moved to expose big cracks and holes.....not umbrella stand hole. Seat cushions were stained.
We appreciate very attractive accommodations that are clean and ready for guests. We leave the accommodations cleaner than we find them.
This condo has a carport and you park between 2 vehicles. Additional small uncovered area to share if needed.
It was quiet neighborhood except for attached neighbors larger dogs barking, not an issue for us. You do hear a lot of traffic noise from the main road and freeway down the hill, but only when you are outdoors.
There is no computer as the amenities stated when we reserved. This condo made us feel as if we were intruding on someone's full time home. Many family photos, wrapping paper and miscellaneous items in drawers not usually found in vacation rentals. This place needs a thorough deep cleaning, but it sure looks great when you first enter!

Really enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for 2 week and had a great time. Apartment was very clean upon arrival and had everything you need for a vacation stay. All major appliances are pretty new and function well. Golf course is right next to the apartment and view is fantastic. The property manager, Mark, is very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. It's absolutely perfect experience!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and really had a great time. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for vacation stay. All the major appliances were pretty new and functioned well. There is a golf course right by the apartment and the view is great.

Mark is very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. It is absolutely a perfect experience.
