No need to choose which beach to go to with this spacious house. Our house is at 11 Long Beach Avenue (It is at the corner of Long Beach Ave and Church St., just up the street from where google shows the marker). You will be right between Long Sands and Short Sands Beaches, within easy walking distance to both, as well as all of the downtown York Beach, with its bandstand, playground, shops, and Goldenrod taffy! This 4 bedroom New Englander features open bright rooms, high ceilings and hardwood floors and a fabulous wrap around Farmers porch to sit in the shade and enjoy a cool lemonade. A grassy yard with with split rail fence and a fully enclose private outdoor shower lets you clean off and relax before supper.
On the first floor, the newly renovated large sunny kitchen with tile floor, lots of windows, and doors to the porch, is a pleasure to cook and eat in. A full size dining room allows for big families to eat together. The large living room with oversized windows is a great space to hang out together at night. The old “parlor” has been transformed to a board game room or spare bedroom depending on your needs. This room has a pullout couch with a queen size bed, along with a distinctive bay window area and a large closet, which allows any guests who can’t use stairs, the convenience of a lovely room with bathroom with shower on the same first floor.
The upstairs has a spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, another bedroom with queen size bed (beside the new bathroom) and two more bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. There is a 1/4 bath off one room and a newly renovated full sized bathroom with tile floor, a seperate shower and claw foot tub at the end of the hall.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Renters send agreement and their $500 deposit to hold their week.
Security Deposit is due January 4th.
The remaining balance of the rental fee, the 8% Maine tax and cleaning fee are due May 1st.
