Perfect location for your next vacation! Tiki Lodge is a 3bed/3bath, 2-car garage, full kitchen, laundry room, and futons. Custom rope lighting surrounds the private balconies and outdoor areas. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the master bedroom has a king with private bathroom.

Every unit at Tiki on the Guad shares a unique river front and common area. On the river a custom stone patio with concrete bulkhead fronts the length of our property. Complete with lounging chairs and stairs descending into the river, this frontage is unlike any other on the river. Just above the patio is a two-tier common area that includes: a fire pit, grilling area, outdoor flat screen television, hammock chairs, outdoor speakers, outdoor patio furniture, and much more.

Thank you again for a great stay in New Braunfels! I am not sure if you actually own the house or if you are just part of the company that rents it out, but I really appreciate everything. We had an amazing time, and loved the location of the house right on the river, and walking distance away from the bar/restaurant with the volleyball courts! It was perfect!

Needs some attention to detail...

We had a group rent out this house and we were a little concerned about the sleeping arrangements. We could barely fit cars in there considering all the other guests of the property renting places. Sleeping 16 is fine but 10 of those are on futons: 6 Upstairs in an open area, and 4 downstairs in the living room. Not that great for privacy when people typically stay up late on these rentals. This place needs some work too. I'd suggest a large trash can in the kitchen or outdoors even. Fix the dishwasher, take the stickers off the new windows, get the plates for the electrical outlets, get random electrical outlets in the bathrooms working, fix the garage door opener, and relax on the cleaning rules/fees. For a $250 cleaning fee, I should have been able to leave everything as is, in the home. I have a much larger home and pay much less for cleaning. Considering there is no carpet, pets should be allowed. Get with the contractor who did the upstairs floors because they're horrible quality. Above the showers will be rusting and falling apart soon too because the water/humidity and the futons are already tearing up the walls upstairs. The neighbors were rowdy and the common area needs updates to the stereo to get it working again properly. The TV service was basic and there was no WIFI, which should be included considering there was no cell service for Sprint, AT&T, or Verizon. Before I'd rent again, I'd try to negotiate a few things and ensure some items were done. The price was a little high to me. I rent homes all the time and might look for a more private property with more features such as a hot tub next time.
