Watch dolphins play in the gulf as cruise boats pass by. We are located conveniently in the center of the beach, within walking distance of all attractions. Our condominium has been completely renovated and updated for your family vacation pleasure. New floors, carpets, kitchen and bathroom facilities are available to you during your stay. All of the furniture has been purchased with a family vacation in mind. The condominium will sleep a family of six (6). The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, with private bath. The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds, with a full bath across the hall. There is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and appliances for your convenience.
Cleaning service is provided on a monthly basis, free of charge. A coin-operated washer and dryer is available on every floor.
Jim and Sue Kelty are retired, and live in Holly, MI. They have been married for 43 years. They have three grown sons, and nine grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Jim and Sue are very active in their local parish. When they are not at home, you can find them traveling, spending time with family and friends.

675 Gulfview Blvd. is conveniently located within walking distance of the many activities and attractions on Clearwater Beach. Famillies can enjoy the beach in their own back yard. Also, directly accessible are: Mini Golf, The Boardwalk, Public Beach, Clearwater Marina, Pier 60 and numerous resturants and shops. Clearwater Beach merchants offer boat rentals, the Pirate Cruise, Calypso Queen Cruises, Star Lite Dinner Cruise, Little Toot Dolphin Adventure, Deep Sea Fishing, and Sea Life Safari. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a 7 minute drive on Island Estates, and is home to 'Winter' the dolphin, from Disney's 'A Dolphin's Tale'.
The Tampa Airport is 30 minutes from our condominium. Metro Tampa, Florida, provides families with many choices of entertainment, including: Bush Gardens, Lego Land, Tampa Bay Grand Prix, and Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. The Seabird Sanctuary and the Salvador Dali Museum are located south of the condo, in St. Petersburg.
Orlando, Florida, home of Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World is approximately a 2 hour drive from the condo. This owner recommends a stop 'Gator Land' if your family choses to drive to the Orlando area.

Guests are asked to pay a $225.00 refundable security deposit when they initially make their reservation. Half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. The second half of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. The refundable security deposit is returned to the guest when we received the keys to our condo in return mail.
