The view is Awesome from our 4th Floor Condo located right on the Seawall directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico !! Close to restaurants and Galveston attractions but on the quieter west end of the Seawall. Easy access to beaches and fishing.
Put your feet up on the rail of the large private Balcony, relax, and enjoy 22 feet of ocean views while the sea breezes swirl around you. Watch the pelicans dive and fish jump (sometimes even dolphins) while the shrimp boats and joggers pass by. The seaside sunrises and moonlit nights are breathtaking.
If you prefer inside comfort enjoy the same views while you stretch out on the leather sofa in the living room or lounge on the bed in the separate Master bedroom. Both have full glass walls with sliding doors that open right onto the balcony. Even the kitchen and second bedroom have ocean views !!

We are close to Schilitterbahn and the Moody Gardens Pavillions, golf course, a multitude of restaurants, and minutes from the historic Strand district and cruise terminals.
Miniature golf course and movie theater a short drive away.
Come for a weekend, a week, a season or a year!
While gulf-front, the complex is not "beach" front. There are stairs directly across Seawall Boulevard that lead into the water and folks go in the water from this spot regularly to fish and swim, but to find a sand beach you will need to drive a bit east or west depending on the type of beach you are seeking.

We do not ask for a security deposit - no hold on your credit card - use your purchasing power for vacation! The damage waiver included in the nightly rate covers incidental and accidental damages.
We are required to collect and pay 9% occupancy tax to the City of Galveston and 6% occupancy tax to the State of Texas. We also need to add the cleaning fee upon your departure. We will give you a personalized, all-inclusive price quote in the response to your inquiry.

- Corner unit at By the Sea - A quiet and stylish high rise building with 24 hour security. Condo is updated and attractively furnished with Island decor and stainless steel appliances. Tile throughout. Linens, cookware and dishes are included. Full size Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher. 2 TVs, DVD player, Stereo system, small library collection. 2 comfortable Queen beds and one Queen sofa sleeper. Bedrooms are split far apart for privacy. One bathroom. Building has a Lovely pool with tropical landscaping, BBQ grill, Tennis court, Laundry room and Coffee room. Large, secure, well-lit parking lot in back with plenty of space for RV or boat parking. NO extra parking fee. Must have at least one adult (25 years or older) in unit during complete stay. We welcome a maximum of 6 guests to this condo. NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO. SMOKING ALLOWED ON BALCONY ONLY - with doors closed to ensure the comfort of all of our guests.
