The Property consists of three separate buildings, each with a kitchenette or full kitchen. The Mountain House is 2,000 square feet and has three bedrooms with queen beds, two with private baths, and one bathroom downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have pullout sofa sleepers. The Mt. House has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and porch with barbeque. The Stone Hut has two floors, each with a queen bed, private bath and kitchenette (top floor kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee pot only). The top floor has a one or two person futon. Bottom floor includes a separate entrance to a twin bed room. The Stone Hut rooms can be rented separately or together. The Kahiltna Chalet is 400 square feet and has a queen bed alcove, pull out couch, full kitchen, and private bath. Pets allowed in Chalet only; other two guesthouses are pet free.
Out of the Wild Guesthouse offers scenic Denali views in a private hilltop setting with the opportunity to learn about the history of mountain climbing in Alaska.
Enjoy the local performing arts, artist co-op, brewery, and restaurants in the village of Talkeetna, or spend time on the miles of trails, nearby lakes, or Talkeetna River.

Outdoor activities abound in the Talkeetna area, including lakes and rivers for canoeing and rafting, as well as miles of hiking and biking trails. When you are ready to socialize the town of Talkeetna has five restaurants, a brewhouse, historic Fairview Inn, artist coop, performing arts theater, and a community center with weekly yoga classes. Denali Zipline is also open for business.
