For once... an accurate listing
The location is perfect. Sun rises through the living room windows while having breakfast. The car stays parked in the garage while skiing thanks to a short walk down the street to a rope tow that takes you to the slope to the base lodge. After a day of hard skiing and boarding, the hot tub was a welcomed amenity and that too... was ultra clean and appreciated.
We stayed here only three nights leaving to check into the Snake River Spa and that was our only regret. Frank' s place was so much better. I will be coming back... and I agree with Andrew's review below.... stay away so that we can have more time to ourselves... LOL.
We were up early every morning for sunrise to take in the georgeous views from the hot tub or fireplace and watched the hot air ballons rise from the valley each morning.
We loved the waffles at 10,000+ ft, hiking at Taggert & Jenny Lakes, horseback riding at Spring Creek Ranch, a full day sightseeing through Yellowstone to visit Old Faithful (had to take the long way around because Craig-pass was closed but was blessed by all the majestic overlooks and different animals we came across) and shopping in the JH square.
We saw squirrels, chipmunks, ducks, elk, bison, mountain goat's, pronghorns, mule deer, 6 (six) moose and a coyote.
We didn't want to leave but look forward to returning soon to experience another season in this wonderful home.
