This first floor unit is in a great 'family oriented' area of North Wildwood. It is well equipped with everything that you need for a great vacation week at the beach. Very comfortable and 'homey'! You'll enjoy the light bright airy feeling in the great room area, and the views from the double sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the extra large, extra long private front deck - it spans the full width of the condominium. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. What more could you ask for? It's so 'homey' here you will not want to leave.

You will especially love this beautiful 22nd Street neighborhood - you are 'beach block' here. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach and boards, which also means that this is a very quiet street - no-thru traffic street. You are literally just steps from the beach and boardwalk - an easy walk to everything that you want to do and see while in the Wildwoods. You've heard it before but 'Location, Location, Location' applies here! This is a very convenient place to be for a week of sun and fun on the beautiful North Wildwood beaches. North Wildwood has some of the most beautiful beaches in New Jersey and they are shorter than most of the beaches on the island. It is not such a long walk through the sand to reach the water here at the 22nd St. beach.

North Wildwood is the most family friendly location on the entire island. It pleases both children and parents - and even grandparents too!

Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhoods - new construction buildings are surrounded by older, well kept homes. North Wildwood has the largest year round population of any town on the island.

The southern end of North Wildwood is the section that runs along the boardwalk, from 16th Ave to 26th Ave. This is the preferred location for families with children - close to all of the action, but not TOO TOO close so that the noise or the lights will disturb your sleep. This section of the boardwalk is quieter than the rest - you are north of all the ride piers. It's a good place to walk, to have something to eat, or to shop and play some games.

The center section of North Wildwood, from 8th Ave. to 16th AVe., does not have a boardwalk. There is a beautiful walking path along the beach instead. There are many large resort style motels along the ocean front. The beaches are shorter here - it's not such a long walk across the sand to get to the water. Senior citizens and families with younger children will appreciate this area the most.

The northern end of North Wildwood - above 8th Ave. - is home to many fine restaurants and terrific night life. This is the center of the Irish Weekend festivities. The views from the point are beautiful and there is nothing like walking along the sea wall during sunrise or sunset. Beautiful!

Amusement parks, basketball, biking, boating, casinos,fishing,

crabbing, golf, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, arcades,

night life, outlet malls, sailing, shopping, sunset cruises, surfing,

swimming, tennis, water skiing, water parks, dolphin watching,

wildlife viewing, wind surfing, zoos and aquariums, etc., etc.

There's so much to do in and around the Wildwoods! Atlantic City is only

30 minutes away. The world-famous two-mile boardwalk is literally

steps from your front door. The big, beautiful, free Wildwood

beaches are second to none! The Cape May County Zoo is the best in

New Jersey. It's free and it's only ten minutes away. The town

of Cape May is just fifteen minutes away. Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry

to the outlet malls in Delaware - what a nice day! Try a new golf

course - there are many. You won't believe the large selection of

great restaurants - all within walking distance of the condo.

1/2 of the rent is due now to hold and confirm a reservation. Personal checks, money orders, or Visa/MasterCard debit or credit are accepted.
The final balance is due one month prior to arrival. The customary $300.00 security deposit will be collected with final payments. This deposit is fully refundable after cleaning and key return.
There is a 5% agency booking fee in addition to rent.

Cancellation Policy:
Notification MORE THAN 90 days prior to check in date - all deposit monies shall be returned to the tenant, less a 15% cancellation fee.
Notification LESS THAN 90 days prior to check-in date - any refund is based on the amount of a re-rental at no loss to the owner, less the 15% cancellation fee. The more notice, the better the chances for a full recovery of the rent.
