Located on Ocean Boulevard, this condominium is just across the

street from the ocean with access to the only private fishing pier

on the Isle of Palms.

Very comfortable, smoke-free, and recently updated, family friendly

condominium located on the first floor of the "A" building.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath.

There is a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom.

A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping if needed.

Enjoy a family game of scrabble or Yahtzee, cozy up with a book or embark on a

jigsaw puzzle. Use ours or bring your own.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the

beach and within walking distance to great restaurants (some with

live music), local shopping, and activities. Awesome shopping

just over the IOP connector – 5 minutes away. Play at some of the area's finest golf

courses. Enjoy the wide beaches, tidal pools, swimming in the surf,

searching for star fish and sand dollars, or a little game of low

tide bocceball.

Downtown Charlestonis just 12 miles away. Learn

more about this charming historic town on a horse-drawn carriage

ride or tourCharlestonBay and Forte Sumter by boat.

Fall weather

Location is definitely the best thing about this unit, we did find it to be a good size and comfortable. This was our first trip to IOP. The views are on the island are gorgeous. Loved walking around the pavilion shops or just strolling along the sidewalks. Arriving to the unit in the first week of fall we enjoyed the wifi on raining days. Loved getting brunch at Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Definitely would consider staying here again !!

Comfortable Condo in a Great Location!

This was our first time to Isle of Palms and we planned a bit late in the season. We are so glad to have found this condo! It's very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (although an electric griddle would be a nice addition!). The beds are comfortable and we liked that the second bedroom could fit our three kiddos, ages 11,8,6. It's a short walk to the beach and pier, an easy drive (or walk) to the grocery store, walking distance to beachy shops and a few restaurants. The location is fabulous...just off the bridge toward Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. Very easy to get around. Close to bait/tackle shops and other places of interest. The beach is lovely...very large during low tide, easy waves in the morning that get a big bigger for you boogie boarders when the tide comes in during the afternoon. My son had fun fishing off the pier. It is next to a public park so there are restrooms, showers, changing areas, and a small playground right off the beach. People are friendly and helpful. Dawn was great to work with; we loved the keyless entry and the pool. Just a couple of items of note...the grills are charcoal, small and located in the parking lot. We found them a bit difficult to use. The laundry facilities are across the street near the pier but in a separate condo complex. Not a big deal to walk there if you're only doing beach towels, but if you have more than one load, you want to drive. Bring quarters! And for families with young kids, the road that needs to be crossed to get to the beach is only two lanes but it has a very sharp, almost blind curve, so keep a hand on your little ones and be aware. People drive fairly quickly and it could be difficult to see or stop fast enough if a little person runs out into the road. By our second day there we all agreed we would love to come back to IOP and this condo!

Owner's Response: We are so glad you enjoyed our unit and the beach at IOP!! We will look at getting another griddle for the unit. We have had in the past - the nonstick surface gets beat up pretty fast in a vacation environment. Thanks for that feedback. I will also pass on the feedback on the BBQ grills to our HOA. I am not sure we have another option with our site location.
The speed limit for Ocean Blvd is 15 mph, if I am not mistaken - I think some are not aware of that until you get to that curve. We find that most do adhere to the pedestrian right of way but certainly a good idea to not trust that!! Crossing the other lane is much easier. Traffic moving more slowly coming from Ocean Blvd.

I case you forget quarters - There are a few shops just down the way that are willing to sell you quarters to use for the laundry facility.

Great Location

This was our second year in a row staying in this same condo. The owners are very gracious and helpful. We had 2 adults and 2 kids here. The condo continues to be updated. It had everything we needed. The free wi-fi was a nice touch. The condo is very clean inside. It is easy to find coming from out of town. While the actual view from the condo is of the parking lot, it is literally across the street from the beach. The water is quite warm in mid-June. Just lovely. It is more private than the larger condos across the street. There is a private pool just for these 3 smaller condo buildings but it is between the other 2 buildings providing more privacy here. It is a short walk to souvenir shops, restaurants, and even the grocery store. Charleston is easily accessible by car from here and there is plenty to do/see in the area. We love aisle of a Palms. This condo is in a great location!

Our 2nd stay at this condo

We liked Isle of Palms so much last year that we returned this year. We chose this same condo because we trusted the owner from past experience and they were just as good this time around. They continue to do upgrades to this condo and it is noticeable. The property was very clean and functional for 2 adults and 2 kids. Even though the actual view from this condo is just of the parking lot, the beach is literally across the street. The ocean water was quite warm both times in mid-June. These 3 smaller condo buildings are more private than the much larger condos across the street and we prefer that. There is a nice pool just for these 3 small buildings situated between the other 2 buildings making this location a little quieter. This condo is super easy to find for those unfamiliar with the area. It is in walking distance of local gift shops and restaurants/bars. A new bonus this year was a brand new Harris Teeter grocery store literally around the corner. The condo comes well-stocked for preparing anything you might want to cook. It is easy to travel by car to Charleston and there are many different things to do/see. Again we say location, location, location.

wonderful vacation

We arrived from a freezing Chicago to a clean spacious 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect and met all our needs. A short walk to the private pier and beach.
Although we wished the weather was a bit warmer so we could have used the pool, next time we will visit in the summer and not in the spring. We bought fresh fish,at the Mt Pleasant fish market and had everything we needed to prepare cook and eat it. We were also happy that everything we need for breakfast was available.
My 8 year old grandson was happy when he found the games and played chess with his Dad.
Plenty of hot water and clean towels available after a long day of sightseeing.
This is a great place and I would highly recommend it.
