Located on Ocean Boulevard, this condominium is just across the

street from the ocean with access to the only private fishing pier

on the Isle of Palms.

Very comfortable, smoke-free, and recently updated, family friendly

condominium located on the first floor of the 'A' building.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath.

There is a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom.

A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping if needed.

Enjoy a family game of scrabble or Yahtzee, cozy up with a book or embark on a

jigsaw puzzle. Use ours or bring your own.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the

beach and within walking distance to great restaurants (some with

live music), local shopping, and activities. Awesome shopping

just over the IOP connector – 5 minutes away. Play at some of the area's finest golf

courses. Enjoy the wide beaches, tidal pools, swimming in the surf,

searching for star fish and sand dollars, or a little game of low

tide bocceball.

Downtown Charlestonis just 12 miles away. Learn

more about this charming historic town on a horse-drawn carriage

Simply fantastic at the Isle of palms

I stayed at this property with 5 friends for spring break, and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was close to shops, restaruants, and the beach! The house was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. My main concern for when we were booking this is if we would be able to hear the people beside and on top of us, but that definitly did not happen. Although people were there, it sounded like they weren't.
I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation at the isle of palms. The owner was more than helpful when we had a question and helped us with whatever we needed. Our vacation and stay was simply fantastic.

Fall in IOP

This was our first visit to Isle of Palms, and we were not disappointed! The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners were great to work with, and everything was ready upon our arrival. The beach and pier were an easy walk across the street. The keyless entry into the condo and beach/pier were very convenient. We had some trouble with the slider door locking, and early in the morning we could hear every step taken by the guests in the unit above us, but overall, no major complaints. It looks like some upgrades have been made to the kitchen since our stay, which look great. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!

Owner's Response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay on the IOP in our Villa. We love that the beach is such an easy walk too. We just completed the upgrade to the kitchen last week. In addition to new cabinets, countertops and appliances in the the kitchen, we replaced all of the flooring in the kitchen, family room and bedrooms and freshened up the paint. We also added some furnishings as well - new rugs, end table and lamp for the family room. Please let us know if you will be back on the island in the future. I think you would love our updates.

Nice place at the beach

We really enjoyed staying at the Villa. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Nice area to ride bikes and for taking a walk.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for the positive comments. We just returned from the Villa after a weekend of work and updates. Please check out our new photos. Will try to post those today - though my good camera died during the shoot. I will take more during my next visit. We replaced all of the kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertops and flooring, removed the dated wallpaper borders and wetbar. We added some new paint, lighting, pictures and rugs. Let us know if we can help on any future visits to the Island.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. It was great to be so close to the beach, even though it was too cold for swimming. We prepared and served Thanksgiving dinner in the compact, but well equipped kitchen. I was grateful for a previous review and brought more kitchen towels. The owners were great to deal with and we received all necessary information well in advance of our trip. We would definitely stay there again. I do cook a lot and my only suggestion would be to have a few herbs and spices available.

We are planning on a kitchen renovation prior to the spring season and will take your suggestion to include herbs and spices. I had previously stocked our original Dragonfly property with some very common spices hoping it would be helpful. Unfortunately I returned to find them missing/discarded. I will certainly try again!! I bring extra dish towels as well when we stay - Thank you for taking the time to review our property and please let us know if we can help with future stays - we love returning guests.

Fall weather

Location is definitely the best thing about this unit, we did find it to be a good size and comfortable. This was our first trip to IOP. The views are on the island are gorgeous. Loved walking around the pavilion shops or just strolling along the sidewalks. Arriving to the unit in the first week of fall we enjoyed the wifi on raining days. Loved getting brunch at Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Definitely would consider staying here again !!
