This is a spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated Studio - size 760 sq ft. It has a full size kitchen, Laminated wood-floors, offers an awesome Sunset and Miami Skyline views. One queen bed, a twin pull out and a sofa. Dinning and living room areas, comfortable split bathroom. The building is next to W Hotel, this building shares location with Luxurious and New 1 Hotel South beach which has a magnificent rooftop pool with live music on weekends. The Hotel also a gorgeous pool. And, of course the building also has a very nice, warm, long pool with ocean views! (3 pools)

It's located at walking distance to Lincoln Rd, and surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, Publix- grocery store, walgreens (across the street) this makes it a great location!

I moved to Miami Beach in 1989, since then I fell in love with The Roney Palace and chose it as my home. For the last 8 years I have seen and worked in many buildings as a licensed real estate agent, and I must say it continues to be my favorite building! It's location is terrific ! I'm proud to say that I take good care of the unit and like to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I'd love to see again and again!

Outstanding anemeties!

I was in miami beach for some sun and relaxation. The location is great directly on the beach, walking distance from the fun but far enough to be quiet.

This condo shares the pools chairs and umbrellas with the premium hotel "one" so it is 5*! The condo itself is a bit outdated but considering the surroundings you won't spend so much time in. Really a great spot.

Beautiful apartment, Fantastic location!!!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this Condo twice now, for the last 2 November/Decembers.. Enjoyed it very much (I wouldn't have gone the 2nd time if I hadn't loved it the 1st) Beautifully decorated, I really liked the furniture/paintings etc. It was very neat & clean upon my arrival. The Woman I rented it from (Monica) was very nice, helpful, and easy to deal with.. I loved the location.. (At first, I probably would have given it a 8.5- 9 out of 10, but after a few days that went up to a 10) I found the elevators very fast, almost never had to wait more than 30 seconds, and I liked the fact that the unit was so close to the elevators, garbage/recycling room, laundry room, all within a 10-15 second walk.. (but definitely no noise from any of them) Outside, you're within a 1 minute walk of Walgreens, Buses going North & South, the Boardwalk/Beach/Ocean.. and within a 4-5 minute walk of a great Library, several restaurants.. etc The unit has a nice city view (quite a big window looking out, allowing a lot of sun in, also) The kitchen is equipped with everything, the bed was very comfortable. I felt the price we agreed on was very good/fair.. I look forward to hopefully going back, and experiencing a 3rd vacation there (To be honest, I wish I was there RIGHT NOW, as I'm in Toronto, and it's about minus a hundred degrees) I would certainly recommend the unit and give it a strong 9- 9.5 out of 10) 3-4 more random things.. The shower was good (perfect strength for me) Air conditioner worked great (If the place was a bit warm, the a/c made it an ice box (if wanted) quite fast. The unit is quite big for a studio (760 sq. ft. I believe) Some units have a balcony, but I believe are only 660. Personally, I'd rather have my unit a 100 feet bigger than have a 100 ft. balcony. Thanks again to Monica, for providing me (and maybe you) with such a nice/warm condo to stay in for my/our pleasure.. ~David A.~

this was a wonderful place to stay. Situated beside the W, and 5$ cabs everywhere, there couldn't be a better location on the strip. The condo was clean and cosy, and had everything we needed, and the price was amazing. We would definitely stay here again, for the beautiful amenities, condo, and location really couldn't get any better.

Excellent Location and Excellent Service

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Monica was an excellent point of contact. She walked through all of the amenities [beach access, FREE valet parking, pool and gym]. The unit is a very spacious studio style condo and is close to EVERYTHING. The building itself is nice and very conveniently located on Miami Beach.
