Located just before the Alabama Point Pass in Orange Beach, Phoenix VI 801 is a Gulf-front three bedroom 2 bath condominium. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay! The dining area seats six and there are four bar stools.

The living room has flat screen 30" TV/ DVD combo and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 25" TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a 21" TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a 21" TV. All bedrooms are carpeted and living area is tiled.

The balcony has plenty of seating with a table and four chairs. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.

Hi speed internet access provided. Guest required to purchase parking pass at front desk ($15 + tax) limit 1 (cash or check only).

4th of July beach trip

Check-in great, complex was busy- parking was premium. But pool never too crowded, grill time easy to get, unit was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked. Living room furniture comfortable. Thought we had a glitch w/dryer & maintenance was quick to respond, turned out was operator error. Loved the end unit - was private & great views of both the bay & beach. Great balcony. Great unit for grandkids, ample beds. Would rent again.

Good Location but a dirty condo

The facilities are very nice. Nice pools, easy parking, and easy beach access. The Unit it self is very dirty. The sheets don't quite fit the beds, the fans all wobble, the walls are filthy, there is dust balls everywhere. the floors are stained, the kitchen cabinets the laminate is falling off, the dryer door won't stay shut so we had to tape it closed, the toilets were dirty and we had to clean them. The condo is reallllyyyyyyyy dirty basically.

Owner's Response: We appreciate all feedback from our guests. Unfortunately, none of these issues were reported to us during the stay. Had they been, we would have immediately taken care of them. In rental units, we understand that issues are unavoidable but we do strive to take care of all of our guests immediately upon the problem being reported.
