Phoenix VI 815 is a very comfy three bedroom/two bathroom unit located in Orange Beach just before the Alabama Point bridge. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. The dining area seats six and there are four bar stools.

The living area has a 31" TV/DVD, a sofa sleeper and a twin chair sleeper. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a 26"TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and 21" flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and 21" flat screen TV. All bedrooms are carpeted and the living area is tiled. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.

There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.

Wireless internet is provided. Parking passes must be purchased on site at $12/pass. Maximum of two cars.

Comfortable, convenient beachfront unit

Very nice unit, clean, comfortable, in good condition and reasonably well equipped. We would stay here again.

Our one problem: We were in town for a sports tournament and had 11 people from three families staying in this unit. It was advertised as sleeping 11, which it did. However, we only were provided with towels and washcloths for 8 and no bed linens for one of the two sofabeds. We made due by using blankets on that particular sofabed and by washing the unit's towels daily. That made for more daily laundry than we would have liked (the dryer is slow).

The one drawback: only two keys were provided, which we had to share among 11 people. We could have left a key in the lockbox on the door for shared use but decided that was a bad idea after one of the children in our group successfully opened the lockbox using an incorrect code. A keypad lock on the door would be a great addition.

Worst Condo Ever

I wish I could share the pictures of the condo in this review. It was disgusting and I felt as if the entire web description was a lie! Loved the Phoenix VI as a complex, but the condo it self has horrid.
It stated that it had been recently updated, that's a laugh. There was mold in both bathrooms, the paint was peeling in the bathrooms and kitchen, one of the dining room chairs had a broken leg, another one had a bottom that wouldn't stay on.
It stated that it slept 11; it may sleep 11 but no means were made to accommodate 11. There were no linens to make up either of the 2 pull out beds. There were plenty of pillows, but not a single pillow cover. We only had 5 bath towels. There were only 2 drinking glasses, and they didn't even match. For the most part the kids had to drink out of wine/ margarita glasses.
Cleanliness, what a joke!!! The bedspread in the room I stayed in had a sanitary napkin sticker stuck to it. DISGUSTING!!! We had to clean the pots, pans, & baking tins because they had food & grease still on them. The

Owner's Response: We appreciate the feedback! As with all of our photos, we try to show exactly what the unit looks like in real life. There is also a walk through video of the unit on the listing. This unit has been updated with new living room furniture and all bedding. We usually make a "welcome call" the morning after arrivals to ensure that the guest is comfortable and does not need anything. This guest was left two messages during the stay and never returned our call. None of the above was reported to us and if it was, we would have taken care of these issues immediately. Maintenance and management have since been in the unit and could not find mold nor peeling paint. There were also more than two drinking glasses in the cabinets. The dining room chairs have been repaired. There should be 11 bath towels in the unit as well. Since we were not notified that she was missing any, we could not bring her more.

Spring Fling!!

The girls and I had a lovely time!! Breath taking views. Found the unit to be cleaned. Kitchen was well organized. Overall a great spring getaway. The girls and I will be back!!
