This recently remodeled three-bedroom, two-bath apartment is located close to two of Los Angeles' main thoroughfares, giving you quick access to the most popular tourist and business districts. La Cienega Blvd. takes you north to Beverly Hills, the Mid-Wilshire district and West Hollywood, where much of LA's nightlife, high-end shopping, movie theaters and museums are situated. The Interstate 10 takes you downtown to Staples Center/Nokia Live and USC, or westward to the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu, in about 15 minutes.

Wide plank wood floors throughout and contemporary furnishings in earth tones make this open floor plan apartment a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. The L-shaped living room sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed. Along with three bedrooms, this apartment sleeps eight comfortably. The living area has a large flat-screen television, dining table that seats 6-8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas oven/stove and built-in microwave. Countertop appliances include a toaster, coffee maker and blender.

All three bedrooms sport new taupe duvets on queen beds, weathered oak nightstands and large mirrored sliding door closets. The master bedroom is off of the living room and also has a flat-screen television. The master bath has a tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms are located off of the kitchen/dining area and share a bath with a shower stall, and have a separating slider for privacy. Linen cabinets are located in the hallways. Central heat and air, community laundry room, gated walkways, newly landscaped front entryway and one-car parking in the carport, round out the amenities. Street parking is also available, and plentiful.

A block away is a shopping center with a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, El Pollo Loco, McDonald's, CVS Pharmacy, Toys 'R' Us, LA Fitness Gym and Iyengar Yoga.

A casa é boa com todo o necessário para uma família, com um supermercado próximo que dá para ir a pé. No entanto fica distante dos principais pontos o que piora com o transito da cidade. O ponto negativo foi a limpeza, realmente deixou a desejar já que tudo estava com muita poeira acumulada.

Great Vacation

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed at was just perfect for our short vacation. We're a group of 6 trying to enjoy our stay in LA and the entire trip was budgetted. Very affordable place fo all 6 of us and we all found comfort at the end of our day tours. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Excellent and very helpful AE Hospitality staff. Everything was prompt, clear, and fast transactions. The property was clean and neat. We were greatly impressed. Kitchen was large and fully equipped. The living room is comfortable.. The neighborhood is not a 5-star; however, it is close to everywhere that's what I care. Locked gates covering the building is good security measure. Overall it was amazing. coming back for sure!

What is described and presented on the website is what you will see in the actual unit. The place was nice and well kept. Very spacious apartment, and a nice balcony was a good plus. Since it's situated in a very central location, with no exaggeration, everything was very convenient for us. If you want to experience what it's like to stay in Central LA, AE Hospitality's apartment is a must place to go!

  • Unit has hardwood floors. The kitchen is remodeled on November 2012 and comes with modern appliances. The is a 42" HD TV with Time Warner Cable on living room and 32" HD TV on master bedroom. There is an outdoor seating available on the patio for 4 people. The unit comes with free wifi and a designated parking spot. Towels and high quality linens provided. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the sofa bed in living room can also sleep up to 2 people.
