Also you are at minutes from South Beach, and Aventura.

In this special unit, fully oriented to the south, you can enjoy a Great Open Ocean View, beaches and the city of Miami, without buildings placed all over the open space.

You can enjoy the amenities of the building, like a swimming pool near the sea, and a gym near the pool. Covered parking is also available.

Nice Unit, good location, could use some TLC

This unit is clean and nicely furnished. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom, not a King as indicated in the unit description. There is a large construction site several building to the south but does not obstruct ocean view. There is a Publix and several restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Pool is well kept & deck is nicely furnished. Beautiful beach.

There were several things we found that could be improved upon. i.e. there was no alarm clock in the bedroom, there were only 2 face cloths (this is for up to 5 people for a week!!) but there were lots of bed linens bath towels and hand towels. There was only 1 oven mitt, 1 dish towel, 1 dish cloth, and no juice glasses. There was no phone. The apartment would benefit from a bit of maintenance. The dishwasher fell forward when we tried to load it as it was not attached to the counter at the top. The shower door leaked and the ceiling fan didn't work in the bathroom. The iron was broken, the stereo speakers for the TV in the living room did not work. There were no batteries in the remote for the TV in the bedroom. Two of the five light bulbs over the dining room table were burnt out, we did get them replaced. There were only 2 beach chairs (in a unit for 5 people) and the canvas on one chair was very badly ripped.

There was a dog in the unit directly across the hall from us that was often left alone and barked for hours, day and night. We reported this to the person in the building administration office and the situation improved after a few days.

We had to contact the rental agent several times to remind her to send us our $300 Security Deposit refund but the cheque did eventually come in the mail.

Overall, we did enjoyed our 2-week stay.
