A tremendous location for a relaxing family vacation without the glitter/neon of Daytona Beach. There are no "nightly rates" Rentals have a one week minimum. Weekly rates are $1200 for June - August. September - May rates are $950/week. Monthly stays are almost exclusively winter and a minimum of two months. There is a $300 refundable deposit, and a $80 non-refundable cleaning fee for each rental. All rentals arrangements are secured through the Resident Manager, Deanna Campos.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE 12.5% TAX, WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO BOTH THE RENTAL AND CLEANING FEES.
