This newly built tri-level condo with elevator and ocean breezes and views will be your favorite vacation spot. The first level includes a 2 car garage with direct access to condo elevator. This level also includes a full size washer and dryer, bathroom and elegant entrance with spiral stairs. The second level is the living area that includes a very open and spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, living room and full size dining area with seating for 6. Open the double doors to bask in the ocean breeze This level also includes a master suite with a king bed, tv and a fully handicapped accessible bathroom. The second bedroom comes with twin beds and a guest bathroom off the short hall. A small office with desk and chair complete this lovely level. Continuing up to the top level will bring you to the outdoor patio where you can grill and enjoy the sun and cool breezes and spectacular views and sounds of the ocean.

As a family of five (3 girls under the age of 9) plus a dog, we really enjoyed the house. It had three modern bathrooms, an awesome and convenient elevator that would take us to the main floor when hauling groceries or bags, great bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Although they could be more furniture in the living room for us to sit and relax, we still enjoyed the short walk to the beach. A nice two car garage was convenient. Although we did not have access to the gated front yard, we walked our dog in the quiet residential neighborhood. You need to be used to hearing the train travel less than .5 mile away because it can be noisy later at night or early in the morning. But it did not keep my kids from sleeping. Finally, this is a mini terrace to sit at the top roof but the cement walls are high for protection and obstruct the view. Having access to that front gated yard to enjoy a drink at 4pm and let the kids run and the dog run around would have been awesome. We would return in a heartbeat due to the great price, cleanliness, location and booking company!

Very nice condo. Was pretty much everything described in listing. Loved that it was only a short walk from the beach. We also enjoyed the top deck where we could go listen to the waves at night or look out at the water. Very quiet neighborhood with one exception - train was close. Woke us up a few times but my son and husband actually enjoyed watching it. We would definately stay there again! Close to places to eat, grocery stores, etc. We had a great time!

Great Location!

This condo was exactly as listed. The owners were great to work with. The beach was in walking distance but we decided to drive since we had so much stuff with us. It is a great area, close to Carlsbad which we visited often. The elevator was very convenient for bringing up all of our luggage and groceries from the bottom level, it saved you a few trips going up and down the stairs. The balcony was a perfect size and we enjoyed the view of the ocean, there are a few houses blocking the view but we were still able to enjoy it and also see some dolphins swim by! There were only a few negatives about this condo, we didn't feel like there was enough seating in the living room area for the six of us, a nice sectional would be great in there, just a suggestion. Also the T.V. was not working in the spare bedroom, we did not call the owners as it did not bother us not to have it on. And also there is a train nearby, the first night was hard to get used too but after that you forgot it was even there! I would recommend this condo and especially for people with disabilities! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice home but needs updated furnishings.

The house is nice but the furniture could use updating including the beds. There's an ant problem too. They layout is a awkward but the elevator is a neat feature. It's in a good location, very close to the beach. Train tracks are near by but didn't bother us. The management company was very accommodating with our last minute change to bring the dog. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location, lovely inside, fantastic overall!

This home was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. We arrived late in the evening, and had a question about how to lock a door so we called the contact who was very nice even though it was late (around 9pm) and a simple answer! The condo was exactly as pictured, very nice inside. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. The condo also had enough paper products (towels, toilet paper, etc) for our stay and even enough laundry and dishwasher detergent. We brought our two large dogs and could fit their large crates in any room we chose. Condo is 2 blocks from the beach, about a 5 minute walk, but not too far from the Pacific Coast Highway and the I-5. The air conditioning didn't work very well, but it wasn't really an issue because every room had ceiling fans. The front rental was empty, but we felt it could have been awkward if people were living there as there is a glass door and some windows that overlook their yard. But, overall it was great and we would book here again!

Just an FYI there is no air conditioning in this home, as are most homes and apartments on the coastal area. It really isn't needed due to our beautiful weather. We LOVED staying at this condo! It was in an awesome location within walking distance from the beach. My kids liked the condo too and we have no complaints! It was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The owners were wonderful to work with too. Such a great rental!
