This beautiful Oceanside condo is located in a pristine gated community on North Pacific Street. Our end unit offers privacy and security that includes 2 secured underground parking spaces and locked gates around the complex. Enjoying morning coffee or afternoon tea on the patio while watching and listening to the ocean will be the highlight of your day. There is plenty of space to stretch out with the 2 separate and private bedrooms with queen beds. Wash your cares away in the master bathroom's jetted tub. The convenient guest bath with tub and shower are just a few steps down the hall off of the living room. The stack washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. There is a full size kitchen stocked with everything you need get your creative culinary side inspired. If cooking outside is your choice of the day, barbeque grills and tables are in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. Enjoy the common area of the complex with a view of the longest wood pier on the pacific coast. Outdoor showers are located in the complex to keep the sand where it belongs. Air conditioning is included in this unit, not that it is needed much with the cool ocean breeze. Wireless internet and basic cable included.

Couldn’t wait to move into our winter get-away in Oceanside! If only it had been what was described in the listing! Don’t go searching for a “jetted tub.” All you will find is a single tub with fixtures that are ready to fall apart. And, the second bath, pictured as the “master bath,” does not have a tub/shower. As for the fully stocked kitchen, don’t get your hopes up. Much of what was there was dirty and only bare essentials are available. As for entertainment, the DVD does not work—which was just as well since the couch was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I’ve ever sat upon. Overall, the unit was not clean when we moved in and it has not been properly maintained. On a positive note, the master bed was quite comfortable and we would have slept soundly had it not been for the frequent, loud train whistles, the noise from the Pacific Ave. raceway, and the 4 a.m. stomping from upstairs. But let’s be fair: our dog thoroughly enjoyed herself. It is convenient to the beach, the pier, the town and freeway. The property manager responded promptly to issues (and there were several). It is close to some good breakfast restaurants (don't miss the Beach Break Cafe) and coffee bars (the Succulent Cafe is a must and just a short walk from condo).
