Cabin, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 6 Sleeps

Inspired by the owner’s travels through the Swiss Alps, Wengen Chalet is a cozy mountain side retreat located only minutes from Bryson City and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The high elevation of Wengen Chalet offers year round long range, unobstructed views of nearby mountain peaks from the large deck, six person hot tub and screened porch. From the inside of the house an entire wall of windows brings the spectacular views inside for you to enjoy.

Leather couches with built in recliners greet you in the living room and they beckon you to join family and friends in front of the fireplace and the large HD satellite television above it. The rustic-style six person dining room table, king bedroom set in the master suite and queen bedroom set in the second suite were hand crafted by a local artist specifically for Wengen Chalet. The thoughtfully designed and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes entertaining a real pleasure.

Upstairs is a spacious loft with a couch that is perfect for lounging, or if needed it can fold out to a surprisingly comfortable queen size bed. There is also a Wii system and DVD player in the loft which makes it a perfect space for entertaining children or those who are just young at heart.
