Studio, 0 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 2 Sleeps

Imagine all the fun you can have in Prescott if you don’t have to worry about driving and parking but instead having just a short 2 block walk to enjoy the shopping, dining and the summer evening events in Historic Prescott’s courthouse square. This is an adorable large studio apartment (approximately 350 sq ft) just 2 convenient blocks from historic Prescott’s courthouse square. The apartment is built over the main house garage but has its own separate entrance with an adjacent patio for relaxing in the summer evenings. It is located in the historic district of the city, behind a 1920s bungalow.

During the day, visit the shops in downtown Prescott or, on weekends, enjoy the various craft fairs that come to town. In the evenings take your lawn chair and in a short 5 minute walk you are ready to enjoy the nightly summer activities around the square.

As you enter the apartment, you will see the bathroom (with a custom tile shower) to you left prior to entering the living area to your right. The main room has a couch that will convert to a double bed and a flat screen TV that has satellite TV with Phoenix local stations and HBO. the 7 ft ceilings add to the cozy feel. The sleeping area is not entirely private but is separated from the main room by a long wall. It has a queen bed and its own flat screen TV. Both TVs operate off of one satellite box so both are tuned to the same channel all of the time. The apartment can sleep 4 but it is not recommended. We have personally done it but it gets extremely crowded in the small space.

The small dining area is next to a fully equipped kitchen which has a small oven/range, microwave and refrigerator. The apartment has a window air conditioner and, if you get cold, a fireplace style heating unit. Wi-Fi is also available.

While we don’t have room for a laundry area there is a laundrymat located less than 50 yds away.

This is a non smoking residence inside but smoking is allowed on the outside patio

Small pets with prior approval and deposit. No Cats.

If you are interested in something a little larger, see our ad for the main house at 308 Union. #7117234

Loved it

What a lovely place, my husband and I stayed in this cozy studio for a month. The studio is completely furnished with dishes, pans and everything we needed. The decor is wonderful and very comfy. You are min. from the square which is filled with entertainment and fabulous restaurants. There was never a lack of things to do. We would definitely stay again.

Great Accomodations

  • 5 of 5
Perfect location for enjoying downtown Prescott, being within walking distance of many great shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Very clean, nicely decorated, detail-oriented studio with provisions for unpacking completely, including armoire with hangers, empty dresser, and medicine cabinet for toiletries. Lots of nice, thick towels, and full kitchen for cooking. Wonderful set-up for traveling with friends as the house attached to the gargage studio is also a beautiful vacation rental, and being right next door to each other is so much fun and very convenient. The owner, Ken, is very nice to work with and real thoughtful! Would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again!!

Cozy Studio

  • 5 of 5
Cozy is just one word for this great Prescott studio. Warm, homey and just feels like home. The owners have gone out of their way to supply everything you need to make this place a home away from home. Only two blocks from the courthouse lights and the entire downtown area yet it is quiet and wonderful. We will be back for sure. Don't miss out on the chance to stay here, especially in the winter.

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5
My friend and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate a cousin's birthday and do a quick house hunt in Prescott. This is a very clean, comfortable place to stay and only 2 blocks from the courthouse square. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. It was very quiet and seemed that the shower was connected to a water softener as the water was wonderful, not like the hard water down in the valley! You can walk everywhere easily and there are so many restaurants and local attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Rates are very reasonable!

Great Property and Location

  • 5 of 5
I stayed at this property for 8 nights from June 30-July 8,2013 while in Prescott during Frontier Days and the Rodeo. The property was cozy yet spacious and wonderfully decorated. Parking was available on site and the location was ideal, with Whiskey Row only a short 2 walking blocks away. The property, although close to downtown was surprisingly quiet, even during this busy time. There are many restaurants, shops and things to do within walking distance (about a 5 minute walk). It was nice to have wireless computer access on-site as well as cable TV in both the bedroom and living room area. The Owners are very easy to work with, pleasant and keep the studio in immaculate condition. The full kitchen and eating area is quite spacious and comfortable. And the studio feels more like a 1 bedroom than a studio. I highly recommend this property, it really does have it all.
