This BRAND NEW DUPLEX has TWO HUGE 4 bedroom 2 bath units.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Block away from Beach, Board walk and Convention center. Nice quiet street. Fully furnished with all amenities.

CHECK OUT the fully furnished house. Pictures are alternating between top floor and second floor unit starting with top floor unit.

Note Worthy Points:

Free WI-FI, Netflix Movies, Beach supplies (chairs, Boogie boards, Sand toys and Beach cart) and Complete Professional cleaning before your arrival are guaranteed with your rental price. We do not charge for these services.

Both units have high end finishes like, Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Hardwood Flooring, Central A/C, Fans in all bedrooms and living room. Top floor unit has high ceilings adding extra special feel.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, Coffee maker, toaster, table top grill, can opener and blender to feel at home and cook your meal when you feel like.

Dining room has a NICE dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen island has 3 bar stools.

Family room has 47” LED SMART TV, 3 piece leather sofa set (sofa, love seat and a chair - all with recliners for comfortable relaxing) and a coffee table. CABLE and NETFLIX movie package are included for your entertainment.


Unit B: There are 2 queen one each in MB and 2nd BR, 2 full in 3rd BR and 1 full and 2 twin (a bunk bed full and twin and a day bed which is twin) in 4th bedroom for the top floor unit. Total 2 queen, 3 full and 2 twin beds.

Unit A: There is a queen in MB, queen and a toddler bed in 2BR, 2 twin in 3BR, and 3 twin in (twin day bed with a pop up trundle underneath and a twin) 4BR. Total 2 queen, 5 twin and 1 toddler bed.

Both units MB have a 32' LED TV.

Pillows and comforters are available. Please bring your own sheets, pillow covers and towels.

A full 2nd bath is in the hall way. There is also a full size laundry room for your convenience inside each unit.

Each Unit has its own HUGE storage room. The storage units are marked. You can store all your bikes and other beach stuff. Also, we provide beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids sand toys for you to use while you stay at our place. Please clean them and put them back, courtesy to the next renters.

PRIVATE and HUGE patios. Top floor patio offers unobstructed breathtaking BEACH VIEW. Second floor has a nice street view and boardwalk view and can enjoy the ocean breeze.

Private Backyard: Nice concrete patio surrounded by river stone landscaping for a evening family BBQ. GRILLS and Picnic Bench are provided for each unit. Please make sure you use it cautiously at the back patio only and clean after use. Beginning of the season each grill has a full tank of propane. We expect renters to refill during their stay if it is empty. Address of local shop is provided with other information. Loews is about 5 miles if you wish to take it there. Thanks for your co-operation in this matter.

Backyard also has enclosed hot and cold showers for each unit.


Unit A - 2 parking spots,1 car garage and 1 car in the driveway. If 3rd spots needed please specify AT BOOKING.

Unit B - ONLY 3 car parking spots guaranteed. Garage (2 cars) and 1 car in the driveway. Must inform us ahead of time if all 4 spots are needed. We may accommodate based on unit A renter situation.

Note: Unit B garage can have up to 3 cars; but we guarantee only 3 spots for unit B renters for we the owner reserve the 4th spot for unit A renters if unit A renter has more than 2 cars.

We take extra care to provide all you need to have a relaxed and comfortable vacation and homely feel while you rent our property. Let us know if you felt the same way when you stayed at our place.

Awesome home away from home!!

Thank you Raj and Bagya for allowing us to rent your home for our convention trip. What a beautiful, spacious, well maintained clean environment. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The owners were very prompt to field phone calls, or emails, and very tenative to our needs as renters. The kitchen was well supplied to meet our cooking needs. We even found a little chair for our little guy in the shed so he could sit on the porch. The Condo is beautifully furnished, and comfortable...truly your home away from home. We have been coming to the Firemen's convention for quite some time and this truly was the best experience and look forward to renting again for next year's convention.

Vacation at the Shore

A wonderful place to stay with a large family! Plenty of room for all to move about,very clean and decorated very nicely. I have always over packed kitchen items to bring with us,but this year was so surprised that this unit has more than any other unit we have stayed at. Loved sitting out on the front deck feeling the great breeze from the ocean in a quiet neighborhood.There are stores,the boardwalk(a block away), and amusement parks all within walking distance. I have to say that I haven't felt this comfortable on vacation for many years! I absolutely enjoyed our time away from home in such a great place! We will certainly be coming back here next year and for years to come! The owners, Raj and Bagya, are such great caring people. They made sure that our stay was great! I am highly recommending this place to enjoy your vacation at Wildwood!

I planned this trip as a High School reunion of friends together for over 30 years. The first day we were approach by someone who indicated that she was the owner of the property. No name just the owner. I indicated that all was well and we were enjoying our stay. We contracted parking for 4 cars. Three inside, one in the driveway and was advertised as such, "Unit B has 3 car spaces inside the garage and one outside the garage (total 4). Pryor to our arrival I was made aware that Unit A tenants may needed additional parking and it was suggested that we give up 1 of the spaces allocated to us. I knew that this might pose an issue being that we did need the space, but said we would attempt to compromise. A discussion pursued regarding the parking and we did try to compromise. Through the discussion with me and my guest the owner noted that she could not wait to we leave her property.

Owner's Response: This renter has his facts mixed up and stated things incorrectly. As all our past renters know, we try and personally meet with all our renters both at check in and check out to make sure they get the best vacation they were assured for. As far as parking, even though the unit's parking area can have up to 4 cars, his signed contract clearly says he gets only 3 parking (guaranteed) and he was also made aware of this prior to his arrival. However, when he told at the last minute that we will come in 4 cars we let him have all 4 parking spots as our other unit's renter graciously accepted to find a 3rd spot elsewhere. The real problem was he being a difficult renter with 5 cars parked illegally as witnessed by us when we came by. Our attempt to communicate with him was not received well by him as he refused to come down from the top floor unit's front patio to the parking area even after introducing self as a owner trying to address the parking situation. Yes we did not yell out our name to a person standing 3 floors above. With some struggle one of his guest came down and communicated calmly though there were disrespectful and rude behavior by the main renter from above. She was asked to move only the 5th car (parked illegally up to the side walk). We agree that we commented that we were sorry we had to rent to such a difficult renter who does not respect contract, rules and regulations and had no basic civil courtesy. Frankly, we were concerned of such person staying in our brand new house and the type of care he would show to our property. We strive and provide high quality vacation house and sometimes we need to deal with difficult renters. We are surprised to see his review after a year, though we did not forget our experience as it was our worst experience while renting this beautiful beach house to many wonderful families for their vacation who always left us with lots of happy comments at check out. We now have spelled it clearer even in the website about number of parking spots for each unit in the duplex to avoid future confusion. We also check with all our renters for number of cars they will be bringing so we can give the best parking scenario for their cars during their vacation. Bottom line Unit A has 2, Unit B has 4 and we guarantee 3 for each unit to be fair to all our renters. This is due to the fact that storage units and stairs for both units are built on A side. In case A needs only 2 and B needs 4 we let them have all four spots.

Huge 4 bedrooms condo with great location

Thank you Bagya and Raj for this great place.

We've spent 10 days in the first floor unit, everything was as expected and more... the rooms were huge accommodating our 2 families (9 persons with young kids) without any issues.

Great location with a kid playground, park and tennis court a block away. Very quiet place with a huge locker at the back for the beach gears.

Last year we were in a motel/hotel, and I must say that having access in the condo to a commercial washer and dryer this year was a must. I will never go back to the motels!

We've made all our festive meals at the condo. All the basics appliances were provided. For the cooks out there, you'll miss a few small things but I'm sure the owners will take care of this with time.

We had the chance to meet the owner in person, and Bagya is a great renter being very friendly and responsive to our inquiries.

In summary, I would go back in a heartbeat!

First time renters in Wildwood

We had a great stay at Raj and Bagya's new condo in Wildwood. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were a family of 5 (two teenagers and a four year old), but we could have easily accomodated another family of 5. The description and amenities were accurate. There's a park next door for young children to enjoy, and the beach, boardwalk and Convention centre are less than 2 blocks away. There's plenty of storage space if you have bikes or beach gear. We brought our own food but cooked easily in the kitchen and on the barbeque. The teenagers enjoyed access to WiFi and our little one took advantage of Netflix. It was a very comfortable home away from home and the owners were attentive to our needs.

First time renter in Wildwood

My husband along I with our 2 teenager children spent a great week at this property. A brand new construction with a great location. A short block to the beach and entrance of boardwalk for fun and games.

Uncle Bill's Pancake house is a walking block from the condo where we had many great breakfasts.

This condo is very spacious and can accommodate so many.....We were only four but could of brought another family of four. It's a quiet block day and night and the patio was a nice treat to sit out early in the morning when my family slept in.

Being a new rental they were a few minor things I was lacking in the kitchen but I am sure since then... It has been provided.

Raj and Bagya thank you for being available for all questions and for being so attentive to our needs.

We highly recommend this property!

  • Refundable damage deposit $300

Deposit - required to confirm booking. This is towards damage protection. However, if any renter causes damage that is over $300 they are liable and responsible for any additional expenses.
Rent - payment can be paid in 2 parts, Half of the rent before 60 days of arrival and the other half 30 days before arrival.

Rates quoted are for Unit B. Unit A is $150 less for weekly rentals. Additional discount of $50 is offered for booking both units.
Deposit is $300 and is an additional fee (not part of rent) - refundable upon fulfilling check-out conditions.
Professional cleaning is included in the rental fee for full week renters.
