A great vacation getaway in Florida for you, your family, and friends! Our unit is spacious, comfortable and clean. The balcony offers a truly fantastic view of the intercoastal waterway—a feast for the eyes. You’ll find plenty of relaxing activities in the immediate area, including fishing, cruising, dining, and swimming. And, we’re just short walk away from the beach! There’s a beautiful, heated pool and a dock for fishing. Or if you prefer, just relax by the water and watch the birds & dolphins!

The condo is located in a pleasantly quiet, peaceful area, with friendly neighbors. This condo is in the end building so it provides even more privacy and more views! This unit is very well maintained & supplied. There is assigned underground parking plus guest parking.
The unit is on the second (top) floor. There is no elevator in the building. There 2.5 flights of stairs to the unit.
For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Free local & long distance phone, extended cable TV, and WiFi are included. This is a non-smoking unit. We require a 7 night minimum stay.

Distance to the beach is 903"/300 yards/275 meters (see Google screenshot in photos)
COVID-19 INFO: ALL THE SURFACES (counters, tables, nightstands, etc) IN THE UNIT ARE DISINFECTED WITH 70% ALCOHOL.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
a) For rental term less than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 30 days prior to rental start day.
b) For rental term more than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 60 days prior to rental start day
Otherwise refund amount will depend on owner’s ability to find another renter for the same period. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
COVID-19 SECTION:
Full refund will be issued for 1 week (or shorter) rental if cancelled 14 days prior to rental start day.

Paradise
This was the third time for me staying at this Cono in Indian Shores. We absolutely love it. I was there two years ago with my daughter and two Grandchildren and they loved it. My spouse and I were there 5 years ago and last week. The view is amazing, the manatees and dolphins are just outside around the pier, the beach is across the street. We are certain we will be back next spring! Sincerely Sue and Paul

Lovely condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had only a couple of minor complaints. We were not aware there are 28 stairs to the condo. My husband is 84 and has had heart issues, so it was a challenge for him. The condo wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There were areas of dust and a few long hairs. The condo was extremely well equipped. The community facilities were also good, with the exception of the inability to leave beach carts and chairs in the garage. It is impractical to have to drag them up and down the stairs daily. They are not an eyesore if stored behind guests’ vehicles. And a note to the condo association - how about a clock on the wall at the pool?

Quiet stay with terrific view
Very enjoyable property. The view is great and it is a very quiet condo. The unit is spacious and well equipped. The location is across from the beach. There are not many businesses in this area so there aren’t restaurants etc within a short walk. For those who struggle with stairs, you do have to walk up 2 flights to access the unit.

Amazingly awesome condo
Wow....what a beautiful place! From the moment you drive in, you find well lit and camera secure underground parking in a reserved parking stall right next to the stairs. There is guest parking there as well. A quick jaunt up two flights of stairs (and let me tell you it is much needed exercise when we over indulge like we do on vacation...lol) and youyou open the door you can smell the fresh clean condo. The kitchen and eating area is spacious and opens out nicely to a well appointed living room, with a large three pane sliding glass doors that open to a breath taking view of the intercoastal waterway, where we watched spectacular sunrises and were entertained by jumping fish and dolphins swimming by. The floor tiles are so shiny, they look wet....they were beautiful! The appliances all worked well and it was a Godsend to have the washer and dryer. There were lots of amenities left from previous guests so it was a nice touch that Leo left those there. There are two spacious bedrooms with nice furniture, beds are super comfy. Each bathroom has great water pressure for a nice relaxing shower. There were lots of good towels. The second bedroom had a closet full of beach toys to use on your short stroll across the street to the white sandy beach. The pictures on the website are exactly the way the condo is. It is decorated so tastefully you would never know it was a vacation rental home. Travelling from Canada, it was great to have free long distance calling. Leo is amazing to deal with...always gets back to you quickly and is very accommodating. We are already getting ready to book for next year!

Beautiful View
The property is big and airy. The furniture and beds are comfortable. All of the beach gear you need is provided. Parking in the parking garage underneath the property was a little challenging for us since we have a full-sized truck. If you have anything on the top of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in there, FYI. The property itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our time. The beach is a short walk across the street. Leo was easy to contact and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed all of the wildlife viewing from the balcony. I don't think we would have seen as much of that if we had stayed on the beach.
