Blue Agave Bed and Breakfast - Quail's Rest Casita

Upon entering our "Quail's Rest" casita you will immediately feel enveloped in a warm ambiance. The vibrant terra cotta walls beautifully frame a magnificent giant saguaro which is just within an arms reach as you open your sliding glass door. Wake up in your cozy Queen size bed and witness your own breathtaking views of the Tucson Mountain Park. Fall asleep listening to the soulful hooting of owls and the stirring songs of the coyotes You are immersed in the photogenic cacti of postcards and western movies where the saguaro cacti reigns supreme!

There is a radiant private bathroom finished in authentic Mexican talavera tile with a bathtub and shower. Your private patio has an inviting seating area for reading in the afternoons, star gazing in the evening, or possibly spotting a red- tail hawk circling the sky as they catch a warm breeze. Gazing below at the Yetman trailhead you'll begin planning your day's possibilities!

Directly outside your private entrance is beautiful courtyard featuring native and exotic cacti, benches, and mesquite shaded seating ares. This is yet another exemplary place to sip your coffee, draw in your sketchbook or even catch the last glimpse of the Tucson sun as it sets over the tops of our magnificent Tucson Mountains. Guests love to sit by the negative edge pool and read a book or enjoy the spa. This is indeed an idyllic place to relax and let the rhythms of the desert guide your day.

Tucson Arizona

Needs a 6th Star

We spent an entire week at this beautiful property and we are already planning a trip back! It was only our second experience at a B&B and honestly will be our standard for future stays! First of the property itself situated in the West foothills of Tucson is stunning! I have never seen so many Saguaro Cacti in my life, a huge one right outside our patio door! It sits on a hill where beautiful views abound from each and every angle. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with comfy beds, table and chairs, refrigerator, even a Kureg for morning coffee. There is a lovely patio, pool and hot tub area where one can sit at night and watch the stars and in our case the fell moon rise over the mountain. The breakfasts are to die for. Healthful and fresh we were always surprised and full! We had the opportunity to meet several interesting people, from all over which made breakfast conversation lively and interesting. Dana the innkeeper and husband Peter could not have been more wonderful. They make you feel like this little piece of paradise is yours as well. They even open their own patio to guests. We were truly sad to say goodbye. There is plenty to do in the area and close enough to the freeway to get anywhere in the city.
