Our vacation home is by the sea, the house name is 'LAS OLAS' it was built in 2008.
it is a two-story house. upstairs are 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, a walk in closed, bathroom , a balcony, the master bedroom with a king size bed , a walk in closet, a bathroom with a tub, a balcony with a palapa terrace, and a family room
.Downstairs it has a living and dinning room a big kitchen, a laundry room and 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, a walk in closet and a nice terrace. the 3 bedrooms have A/C. The house has a terrace, a big palapa, swiming pool, a tiki bar and a 1/2 bathroom. it has a big tropical garden with a lot of coconuts palms trees.
At the front on the sand has a campfire to make your hotdogs and s'mores. there are a nice couple that take care of the house, the swiming pool and the garden.
I LIVE IN MERIDA 30 MINUTES FROM THE VACATION HOUSE LA OLA. WE BUILD THE HOUSE ON 2008 TO USE FOR VACATIONS. WE ARE MY HUSBAND ME AND MY THREE CHILDREN.

The town of progreso is a 15 minutes where you can find a hospital, drugstore, a grocery store, church, a pier where the cruicers arrive, a malecon with restaurants and where you can get a typical hand made products. and Merida city is a 40 minutes (there is the international airport) there are sams, Costco, wall mart, cinemas, shoppingcenters, restaurants a beautiful historic downtown. Merida is the number one safety city in Mexico. Chichen itza ruins are two hours from the house and many awesome cenotes.
