A beautiful Upper Spanish duplex aprox 2,000 located just east of Beverly Hills in Carthy Square. This is a lovely historic neighborhood very centrally located for sight seeing or business centers. Close to world class dining in every direction, great shopping and sight seeing. The unit has hardwood floors, plantation shutters,remodeled kitchen, classic tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, very light and bright. There is a private patio in back and ample parking in the driveway as well as on the street. Also an office with small conference table.

This is a beautiful home with lots of character, in a nice neighborhood that is close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very large, with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. The décor in the home is so nice, especially the plantation shutters on the big windows! We loved being able to all gather around the unique dining room table to eat dinner after a busy day of sightseeing. If you don't want to cook, there are lots of great places to eat nearby. We tried the Sandwich Market and loved it, and also Tender Greens, a recommendation from Vicky, who, by the way, is awesome to rent from and as helpful as they come. She took time to answer all of our questions and gave us lots of ideas and pointers for our stay in the LA area.

My husband, our two teenage children, and my parents were all very comfortable here with plenty of room. This was one of five stops on our 12 day vacation down the coast of California. We were all so glad we chose to stay here!

Many thanks to the owner Vicky who was welcoming, available, and sweet.
We enjoyed the house tremendously.
It was VERY clean (and I am picky), the rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was perfectly well-equipped with all desired amenities, the beds were comfortable, we had lots of spaces to put our clothes away, the rooms were quiet...
The only flaw would be the lack of water pressure and the aging fixtures in the showers (but again, I am picky). Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect and I will come back!!! Thank you again for a great stay.

Everything about this place is perfect! I loved my stay and me and my family could not stop raving about it once we got back.
