Anna Maria Island is 7 miles long. It has a free trolley available the whole lenth of the island. ( Every 20 minutwes.) It is a 40 unit complex, it has 3 levels, the lower level is for parking. unit 113 in on the 2nd level. It has 1,150 sq. ft.. The family room, and master bedroom has a Gulf view. The building has an elevator, and plenty of guest parking area. There are 5 rooms. 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, an eating area, kitchen, laundry, large family/great room, and sreened lanai. The complex is in a Gulf to bay location. There is always a light breeze even in August. CAN ONLY BE RENTED BI-WEEKLY

Summer rates are from May 1st. to December 1st. $2,700. monthly, No less than Bi weekly @ 1,600. ( No less the 2 weeks at a time ) during summer months, at $800.00 per week
Winter months, January 1st. to April 30th. $3,000. monthly only. Unit will only service 4 persons or less comfortably.
All fees are plus a $70.00 cleaning fee, and 10% FL. taxes
