The spacious living room has rustic features with wood floors, a wood burning fireplace, comfortable sofas, and is the perfect place to relax after you enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake on the back deck or down at water's edge.  When night falls you can watch your favorite movies on the DVD player. You can prepare a meal without missing out on the view or family. The well-stocked open kitchen has all the upgrades you desire with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, small appliances, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and large refrigerator with pull-out freezer. Gather around the dining table for a game of cards, board games or a family meal.

Rest peacefully in one of the three bedrooms located down a hallway. The master suite has wall to wall windows with lake and mountain views, deck access and private full bathroom. Stretch out in the king bed with memory foam topper while watching the TV. The second bedroom has two memory foam extra long twin beds plus a twin trundle and a TV and a Wii game console with games. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Two upgraded bathrooms are close by, one is a half bathroom and one is a 3/4 bathroom. A stacked washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Don't forget to bring your golf putter so you can practice on the 3 hole putting green in the fenced yard while you wait for your meal to cook on the propane barbecue. Also, try your luck at a game of horseshoes. If you are looking for alone time, the gazebo is the perfect spot.

In the summer season, bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of the  24 ft long 12 ft wide brand new dock that is sure to accommodate whatever you have!  Or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset while you sit on the edge with your feet in the water. In the winter, you’re ten minutes from the ski slopes.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
