This beautiful two bedroom, two full bath, ground floor, corner, beachfront condo at Sand Caper #103 has recently been remodeled and decorated. The large kitchen has new appliances, a great built-in eating area, and all the amenities for preparing meals. Propane BBQ grills are provided by the association on the grounds for your use. There's a spacious dining area off the kitchen, as well as a separate eating area on the screened in lanai.

After a full day at the beach, watch your favorite TV show in the living room, or retire to the spacious master bedroom and let the sounds of the Gulf lull you to sleep. Your master suite has a queen size bed, in-room TV, and private full bathroom.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway adjacent to it.

Laundry is a breeze with your own private washer and dryer in the condo. Wireless internet is also available for your use. For those with allergies, this condo is both smoke free and pet free. This condo is ground floor and has accessibility into the building by means of a handicap ramp. While it is not set up for handicap accessibility, it does offer flexibility for those with some limitations.

Enjoy bug free nights on the screened in lanai, while listening to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Spend your day poolside in one of the many loungers soaking up the Florida sun, or walking the 7 miles of white sugar sand beach right outside your door.

Activities: Centrally located you'll find yourself being able to walk to almost everything. Tiki Bars with great nightlife and live entertainment are right outside your door, as are sand volleyball courts. Numerous restaurants with incredible menus, quick groceries, the beach movie theatre, drug stores, shops and much more are just a short walk away. Full service grocery store is 1 mile north of the condo.

Trolley stops going both North and South bound are directly in front of the condo on Estero Blvd. Jump on the trolley and see the island or head down to Lovers Key State Park for some wildlife viewing and private beaches.

Lovely Ground-Floor Condo!

We recently took a last-minute trip to Ft. Myers Beach. I was specifically looking for a ground-floor level condo as I don't like dragging luggage up stairs or waiting for an elevator. Location was important as well, as we prefer the quieter south end of the island. This unit fit the bill nicely.

Booking this condo was fast and easy with Distinctive Beach Rentals. Communication via email and phone was good. Checking in and out went smoothly. The unit in the condo was clean and well-appointed.
