About this property

Yes, the main photo pic is taken from your own private upper deck! There is a huge lower deck as well! Cabo San Lucas at it's best! Cabo Villas Beach Resort & Spa penthouse suite located on the highest point of World Famous Medano Beach. The penthouse has 3,000 square feet of space that includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, our penthouse suite offers a private rooftop terrace with a large 12-person Jacuzzi and huge wet-bar outdoor couch/lounge area that makes it ideal for entertaining or just pretending you're a rock star. For your convenience the penthouse suite has a washer and dryer. The penthouse sleeps six with 3 King Beds and a maximum capacity of eight. A barbecue grill is also provided if requested. Amazing staff helping you with every detail, daily cleaning, and great restaurants and spa as well. Costco is a $10 cab ride away and you can easily walk to the mall and bay.
Currently, the penthouse is ONLY available during week 52, Dec 25- Jan 1 2022.

We are an active family who loves the outdoors. Some of our fondest memories are from visiting Cabo. Recently moved to Prescott to have better working hours and more family time. I'm an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon and head physician for NAZ Wranglers in Prescott, AZ.
We have lots of pics from Cabo, but this is one of my favorite recent family photos.

What makes this property unique

Spectacular Resort and "The Heart of Cabo San Lucas" location with fantastic staff. The views from the upper and lower decks are breathtaking! Infamous Edith's and The Office restaurants are just steps away! Room service and the resort's restaurants are also quite good. You can also go to Costco and Walmart and cook everything in the Full Size Kitchen and even request your own gas BBQ grill at no extra cost.
