Spacious apartment in a three family house located in Woodside, Queens. The house is newly totally renovated with large windows all around, which are bringing plenty of sun light into the house.

The apartment is completely autonomous with it's own fully equipped kitchen with new appliances as well as cooking equipment. Spa type bathroom, open-plan design living and dining room with high quality furniture. All the bedrooms have hardwood floors and the kitchen and living room floors are from ceramic tiles. Autonomous heating for the apartment, having it's own thermostat. The apartment has a web TV with direct access to internet, that allows you to search the web, check your email and listen to music. Membership to netflix is provided so you can download and watch movies online. Also local channels and wireless access to the internet is provided .Iron and board is available,a hair dryer,filter coffee and espresso/cappuccino coffee machine.

The apartment sleeps from 2 to 7 persons. The spacious bedrooms have twin size comfortable beds that convert into queen size pull out beds. There is also a day bed in the living room that converts into queen size bed as well. Each bedroom has its own closet space.

GREAT location for your stay. The house is located in a very safe and quite neighborhood (please no parties or loude music)

It is located 2 short blocks from the M & R trains taking you to TIMES SQUARE (42nd Street) in 10 minutes and 2 blocks to #7 train that takes 14 minutes to 42nd street. The Brooklyn Queens Expressway is only 2 blocks away and connects to all major highways to the airports and etc....

Quiet area, free parking, many local tube stations

Extremely clean apartment (s). This is a private house with three floors, each is an apartment and different to others. This one is the middle floor. Paul, the owner, and his family were here during our stay, which was nice, a friendly Greek/American family. Barbara manages the apartment and is very helpful and clear in communication which is essential.
The location is extremely close to an area known as Woodside which is very mixed in terms of people from every corner of the earth! Therefore, food of every type imaginable.
The quality of the interior is very high with a really nice bath/shower room.
The BIG plus is the multitude of stations, you really are spoilt for choice.
All in all, recommended, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Let me first of all say that we were happy with the house & the location. Only down side was we would have preferred if there was a dish washer & doublebeds in the two rooms. I cannot remember whether there was a double bed in one room. Overall we are very happy. High five for the cleaning lady who was very helpful. I will definitely recommend your house to my friends.

Owner's Response: The apartment has a King size bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the other bedroom and a twin day bed with a twin pull-out in the living room.

This place is perfect to stay! Its a very nice and clean appartment. Its pretty close to the subway, not far from several stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the huge playground down the street. Whenever we come back to nyc we will choose again this place for sure!
