Spacious apartment in a three family house located in Woodside, Queens. The house is newly totally renovated with large windows all around, which are bringing plenty of sun light into the house.

The apartment is completely autonomous with it's own fully equipped kitchen with new appliances as well as cooking equipment. Spa type bathroom, open-plan design living and dining room with high quality furniture. All the bedrooms have hardwood floors and the kitchen and living room floors are from ceramic tiles. Autonomous heating for the apartment, having it's own thermostat. The apartment has a web TV with direct access to internet, that allows you to search the web, check your email and listen to music. Membership to netflix is provided so you can download and watch movies online. Also local channels and wireless access to the internet is provided .Iron and board is available,a hair dryer,filter coffee and espresso/cappuccino coffee machine.

The apartment sleeps from 2 to 7 persons. The spacious bedrooms have twin size comfortable beds that convert into queen size pull out beds. There is also a day bed in the living room that converts into queen size bed as well. Each bedroom has its own closet space.

GREAT location for your stay. The house is located in a very safe and quite neighborhood (please no parties or loude music)

It is located 2 short blocks from the M & R trains taking you to TIMES SQUARE (42nd Street) in 10 minutes and 2 blocks to #7 train that takes 14 minutes to 42nd street. The Brooklyn Queens Expressway is only 2 blocks away and connects to all major highways to the airports and etc....

Good morning Barbara, can you tell Mr. Paul how satisfied we have been the 1st week of october when we were at your place?. I have to tell that everything was perfect: the location, the CLEAN appartement, the service we had with all of you. All the little details that you had: products to clean, umbrellas, wifi, supplies in the appartement, etc, were helpfull and weel thought. Comfortable house and near the subway

Dear Paul ,

I really enjoyed the location of your home . But as I warned traveling with children , I found your home safe . There was movement in the corridor, a very dangerous step.
I was also a little disappointed because there was no machine washing , as seen in one of the photos of the announcement.
In one of the rooms had a window in the ceiling that came very clearly early , disrupting who did not want to wake up before 7am .
The house is good and the very quiet neighborhood and a good trade .
It was very close to the subway, and it was great
Lady Barbara was very kind and helpful.
The bed linen and bath were good and comfortable .
Will definitely return to his house on a journey without children.

It is Ok for large groups, not for couples.

The apartment is great. We stayed at apt. 3 and the problem was the "double bed". Our children stayed at the bid bedroom and we had to stay at the small bedroom where, if we "opened the bed to make it a double one there was no space for moving around or get on/off the bed! We strongly recommend moving the "double" bed to the big bedroom!

good location for New York City

It is a good location for trips to Manhattan and Brooklyn, close to the Airports La Guardia and John F. Kennedy (30min by Taxi), well equipped kitchen, ideal for up to 4 Persons, air conditioned. We were 4 of us and we stayed for 1 week.
Quiet neighborhood, close to a supermarket and also very close to the Metro lines 7 "69th St" to Times Square and Lines M and R "65th St" to e.g. Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Canal St.
Good support from Paul and Barbara.

We'll come back.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is really as the photos show: very clean and well furnished, the equipment of the kitchen is also absolutely okay, we didn't miss a thing! The neighbourhood is very quiet. We could sleep with open windows at night, were not afraid to come home in the late evening. Very friendly neighbours who we asked for help to contact Paul and Barabara when we couldn't open the front door via code. This is the only thing we could complain about: The codes of the three doors were not transfered as promised in time, I had to call two times to the USA with the result that Paul send us the codes via mail three hours before our flight but unfortunately mixed them up! So the front door blocked completely when using the wrong numbers which caused some trouble and irritated us a lot after a long journey. We couldn't reach Paul, but fortunately Barbara came within an hour to help us though we had helped ourselves in the meantime. After that we didn't have another problem with the front door. This is the only thing which could be professionalized: guests should get the right codes in time. But nevertheless: mistakes happen and I would absolutely recommend this apartment for four people. Thanks for this nice stay, Paul!
