You will be treated as if you were royalty in this 120-year-old lovingly restored Queen Anne style home built in 1897. There are many stories to be made in this house so you have a few tales to share with your family after your amazing trip to sunny Tucson, Arizona. This true work of art has 2 bedrooms in the main house with private bathrooms for each room.

The Modern Streetcar stop is a block away and can take you to the University of Arizona, Tucson Convention Center, the Mercado and more. Catch a Roadrunners hockey game or stroll along 4th Avenue to shop and dine. Why waste money on a cab or stay in a boring hotel when you can stay in this luxury historic home.

The 4th Ave. property is gorgeous!

The property is gorgeous and the location is great. The one disappointment is that the ad claimed it slept 6; there was no room for #5 and 6! Fortunately this wasn't a big problem for us, but for some visitors it could be a disaster. The listing needs to be corrected ASAP. Mike DiVittorio
