We rented this place on short notice but everything went quick and smooth.
As previous writers already expressed there's actually nothing one could wish for. It's very nice decorated and the beachhouse is equipped with everything one would need.
The walk to the beach takes somewhere between 3-5mins. Bike riding, jogging and walking are possible on the road along the sea. A fitness (SNAP) is within 10mins driving distance (Navarre) as some major stores (Wallmart, Publix) and restaurants are.
THe owner is really helpfull and takes good care of his renters. Due to circumstances we couldn't meet but we spoke on the one and exchanged some emails.
This place is an absolute "go" and gives excellent value for money.
Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Best Bang for your Buck!

When 1st booking the condo I was leery because the price was very reasonable. However, upon arrival I was surprised how nice and well kept the unit was. The decor was really nice, with many personal touches. I felt like I was at home and not in a stuffy rental unit. I slept so well in the bed, it was the best night’s sleep that I have had in a long time.
In other units that I have past rented in Navarre, they were not as well equipped. In this unit, the previous renters left unused paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. In return, I left my unused items. I think that is nice to not feel like as soon as you check in you have to hurry up and make a Wal-Mart run because you do not have essential toiletry/household items. At least there is enough to get you by or in my case; there was enough for my entire stay.
The unit is within close walking distance to the beach and sound. I was planning on buying sand toys for my son, but the unit already had sand toys. The unit also had beach chairs and a cooler. This was ideal since I was flying and not driving. This also helps with unnecessary expense.
I spoke with the owner a few times on the phone and he was very nice and accommodating. He returned the full deposit within a timely manner.
This property is the best bang for the buck! I plan on returning next year.
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

We really liked the condo, it was perfect for the three of us. The owner was fantastic, we had a minor problem with shower, he had someone come on a holiday weekend and fix it. I would stay there again, it was an excellent experience. The whole rental was easy, Glenn contacted me promptly when I requested the use of condo. He was extremely gracious and helpful.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly
