The property was clean and spacious. It had all the essentials needed to live and eat comfortably. It easily held six sleepers comfortably. The location was beneficial for those planning excursions from Boca Grande. The owners were accommodating and timely in their responses to inquiries.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

If you are looking to rent a nice place in the Port Charlotte/Englewood Beach area , this is THE one.Dave and Tammie have done an excellent job with the decor, maintainence and cleaning. In the 20 years we have rented in various places, it is by far top notch. The villa included many unexpected extras from bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. Even a Keurig coffee maker. There is nothing they haven't thought of.
The neighborhood was safe, quiet and easy to walk in.. The beaches and fun restaurants were closeby and easy to access..We would certainly recommend the Enos's "little bit of Paradise ". Thanks Dave and Tammie for a wonderful vacation..

This well represented property met our expectations. It was clean. neat, and well supplied. The lanai was great for quiet times, reading, socializing, and the area had plenty of opportunity for walking. Located a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. The owner always available for questions and concerns. Enjoyable experience.

A Beautiful Place to Stay!

I am extremely clean and fussy and was worried the pictures might not reflect this home accurately......I must say the pictures do not do this home justice! It is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. We had several family members visit during our month long stay and all were amazed at how clean and tastefully decorated the home is. The floor plan is open and spacious with everyone having plenty of personal space. The kitchen was as fully stocked as my own home and there was nothing missing or lacking that I could find.

I also very much appreciated the extras that come with this unit, such as beach chairs, coolers and especially the bicycles which we used almost every day. We did not utilize the pool area but visited many different local beaches during our stay. The weather was perfect and we were heartbroken when it came time to leave!

I will absolutely contact David again the next time we will be in the Port Charlotte area. He was wonderful to deal with very helpful and responsive. I already miss my home away from home!

A great place to stay

We would highly recommend this property. We live in a resort area in Delaware and have visited others. We always come home and think where we live is better than where we just visited. However, in this case, we were completely surprised. This property is well appointed, comfortable. If we return to the gulf area we will definitely try to see if this property is available.

Beautiful home

We traveled to the Englewood area recently for a family wedding. Our family group included a 3 year old as well as a handicapped 90 year old. This house was wonderful for both. The tile flooring allowed my father to use his walker without any impediments. It also allowed a 3 year old to run around. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped for cooking. It was much appreciated that linens are included as those items would have taken up a lot of unnecessary room in our luggage. The lanai was wonderful as we ate breakfast out there in the mornings. Very close to the pool. The bedrooms were spacious with tvs in all 3 rooms. My folks have traveled with us before and my mom loved this place. She said it was the best one yet. The 3 bedrooms suited our needs better than other places we have stayed in the past. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again myself.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!

This home is gorgeous! It is immaculate and was even nicer then the pictures showed it to be. My husband enjoyed golfing across the street almost everyday and the prices were so cheap. There are quite a few beaches to choose from close by the house. There's a lot to do if you choice or as little as you'd like. We cooked on the grill a few nights, but dined out a lot at the many restaurants right on the beach. What a view! The owners and property manager were very friendly and responsive to any questions. I don't know what else to say except I would highly recommend staying here and I will definately go back next year.

Perfect Fit

This beautifully appointed condo was the perfect fit for my family (of five). The property is vey well maintained and provided a quiet, relaxing experience. The condo has a wonderful floor plan with enough personal space. The pool is only minutes away (walking) and provided a good break from the beaches. The beaches, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. David was very responsive and his property was better than we expected.

A place to relax & refresh :)

This lovely home is a place to relax & refresh. Most of us live pretty hectic lives. David & Tamie's place here in Port Charlotte has everything to help counteract that busy lifestyle.
You can sit for hours on the lanai and enjoy the peace & quiet while the light breeze keeps you refreshed as you listen to the beautiful birds. Apart from the lovely club & swimming pool, the beaches are only minutes away. Shopping is also only 15 minutes away , in the other direction , with lots of great stores & restaurants, to suit all tastes. We would highly recommend this well kept home and would like to thank David & Tamie for their friendly style. Come and enjoy a memorable experience.
